The local Apple repair shop are total idiots who don't know a Mac from an iPhone. So it was with some trepidation that I went to the newly opened TronicSpot. They saved my life, and my laptop! It's just two guys, one a Windows expert and the other a Mac expert. But they are absolute miracle workers. They quickly identified the problem, ordered the spare part, and even better, completed the repairs a day ahead of schedule!! And their rates are very reasonable. I was expecting to pay at least three times as much as I was actually charged. If you have a broken iOS device or Mac OS X, then these are the guys to go to, if you are in Würzburg. Take it from me, a guy notoriously difficult to please. I walked out of their office with a huge smile on my face.

My German not being great, It was a relief that they spoke exemplary english, and through a series of questions, I could tell they know their iPhone quite well. They took about an hour and their prices are about market rate....€79 for a screen and about €49 for a battery. They're both professional and pleasant and you just get what you pay for.
