Called about three properties they had for rent in and around Evansdale Iowa. My wife and I visited…read morethe outside of the houses then called to set up a time to view the inside of the two we liked. I called, and a woman answered. I explained me and my wife would like to view two houses they had for rent. She asked when we were looking to move. I said at the first of the month. She refused to show me the properties. Stating that they could only show properties to those willing to move in within a week. Which would have been the middle of the month. No way would I commit to moving into a house I could not view, and in a week. Would not recommend at all when searching for a rental.
