I have fallen a few times and was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. With her kind and caring personality, along with her extensive knowledge of the human body, I have absolutely no reservations about allowing her to adjust my aging bones. She is a "bone whisperer" who is genuinely interested in keeping me pain-free and mobile. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. Des Moines is lucky to have her. Her educational achievements and the trust she's earned, from everyday patients like me to "rockstar" clients who fly her to concerts before performances, are a testament to her exceptional skill. No matter who you are, she makes you feel like you're her most important patient. If you've been living with pain, relying on medication, or wondering whether chiropractic care is right for you, I encourage you to give Dr. Kim a chance. Dr. Allen had stated his hips were not inline and causing him pain which was why my son didn't want to walk. After a month my son was running as fast as a 1yr old could go. After this I was very impressed. I have brought in all my children when they have felt sick or for ear infections. Dr Allen has cured their ear infections faster than the antibiotics everytime where I don't even bother using that medicine. Whenever my kids are sick their first response is to ALWAYS come here. My children trust him and love him which is important for a child to trust their dr. I went here 100% during my last pregnancy (4th child) and was rarely sick. I went the last couple weeks of my pregnancy and asked for adjustments and acupuncture to help with labor pain as I was trying to deliver with out any medication and wanted to do things naturally. I fully truly believe that these adjustments and treatments by Dr Allen helped me reach my goal of delivering naturally. He's helped me with my migraines with helping boost my milk production while breast feeding and is truly caring of each of his patients. I have always asked him random questions and if he didn't know the answer he found one for me that helped with my personally adjustments or that for my children. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr Allen. Not only that but his assistant, Katherine is equally amazing. She's always willing to help with you kids during adjustments and she even was my doula! So I feel I that well rounded care.
