Chris Chan from Invisible Touch was our DJ, and did a phenomenal job! He came up with a timeline for us, and gave us great suggestions. I have to talk about my girl, Mary. She was highly recommended by a friend so I went ahead to inquire. Mary was my DJ for my wedding and I can't even describe how AMAZING she was. She pretty much sat with me to create a preliminary timeline (even though she wasn't my coordinator) for my reception. She had every detail listed down to the minutes. I didn't think about stuff like needing a song for cake cutting, garter toss, etc. My husband wanted Mary to create a mix for his mother son dance and it was a HIT. The guests loved it. Garrin ("G") and Busi were awesome last weekend! We celebrated our milestone event at The MacArthur Los Angeles. We used DJ Garrin for my best friend's baby shower in Costa Mesa. He is amazing! We requested Mayer Hawthorne-ish music with 90's R&B/hiphop towards the end of the event. DJ Garrin pulled through! The music and vibe he put forth at the event was perfect. We forgot to set up a table for him, but he didn't even break a sweat. He basically MacGyver-ed the situation and just needed cardboard boxes & a table cover. He set up speakers where we needed, and even set up a speaker in the backyard during the event. The best of the best!!! We had our wedding in October out in the desert, and our guests won't stop raving about how much fun it was! When I met with Invisible Touch Events, I met with Katar and Sean for a meeting. I was supposed to pick one of them. After getting to know them both, there was no way I could just pick one! Are you kidding me? Just pick one? They both seemed so incredibly talented in their individual ways. Katar is outgoing and Sean's a music encyclopedia. I ended up booking the two of them. Best. I would hire them again without hesitation! We discovered IT through their Open House event, which was the first sign that this was a great company to work with. They hosted a great Open House and we got to meet so many wonderful DJs. And when we were down to the wire in our budget and were thinking we would have to say goodbye, they asked for a chance to be competitive and offered us an amazing deal that allowed us to keep them! The BEST part about this company, though, is DJ/MC Jordan Lima. He has style and energy, and is so comfortable leading a crowd. He was definitely born to be an MC. We booked almost immediately after our first phone call and after a few more with Sean we had confidence that he new what we were going for and decided to let him "go with the flow" after he suggested a pre-set playlist didn't allow him to feel what the crowd was into and keep the party going. We hired Neville to MC our wedding, and he brought I believe Trevor to DJ. During our engagement period we were on top of plugging our music selections into the website well in advance to our wedding. We also met with Neville about 2 months before our wedding to discuss a timeline for the reception, as well as more about the music we wanted. We printed out the songs we wanted for the various parts of our wedding on an excel spreadsheet for Neville. Day of the wedding, the dj played some of our wedding party entrance songs wrong. Our first dance was supposed to be Rascal Flatts "Broken Road", and the dj played a piano version of the song. Neville apologized for the mistake, but that's something we will remember forever. I also felt at some points I had to talk to Neville about keeping on track with the timeline. I wish we would have scheduled a time for us to thank the guests, like during some down time, which we feel we didn't have. We went from dinner straight into dancing and were unable to mingle with any of our guests. There also were no slow songs played during the dancing time, which I would've liked. My suggestion is that we would've met with both the MC and DJ so there was no miscommunication. I feel if we would've talked to the DJ some of these issues could've been fixed. All that aside, Neville brought great energy to our wedding, was a perfect about of energy without stealing from our spotlight. He got out and taught our guests how to dance to some songs and remained upbeat the entire wedding. My husband and I are from Boston, MA. We had our June wedding ceremony and our first reception for his family in RI and the week afterwards, we hosted a second reception in Cerritos, CA. Invisible Touch Events was supposed to just manage the uprights and the Photo Booth. By the time we even arrived, the restaurant was threatening to sue because apparently, the Invisible Touch Events staff dropped the Photo Booth equipment on the restaurant staff. We were assured everything was fine and we enjoyed the rest of the evening. Because we live in Boston now, it was wonderful seeing all my family again and though we had a photographer, we were looking forward to seeing the Photo Booth pictures after the wedding. .. they never sent us the pictures and after a while, stopped all communication via email or phone. Unfortunately, not even two months after the wedding, a couple of my relatives who attended the wedding unexpectedly passed away. Weddings happen once in a lifetime and you want to capture every moment for all the memories. Invisible Touch recently did my wedding on 3/26/2016. They provided the lighting, video projector, and DJ services for us. I have to say hands down that Mr. Robert Arthur's team did a wonderful job and Ms. Busi was great at pairing me up with the perfect DJ for my wedding: Mr.Trevor Salse! Additionally, she and the team were great at responding to my questions regarding playing my movie on their projector the day prior to the wedding! From the first phone call to viewing the lighting show in the office they were not only very professional but so much fun! You can tell they really enjoy and love what they do there! For my wedding, I was worried if Trevor would be able to pull off my vision of a high energy interactive affair with my guests especially given that there were only 40 people in attendance. However, Trevor went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life!! He has so much energy that it electrified the ballroom!! All of my guests were raving about him and he even got everybody to dance!! Not an easy task!! The day after my wedding everyone was still telling me what a great time they had!! Before I even got engaged I knew that finding a DJ for my wedding would be the most important factor! Once I got engaged I started searching everywhere and asking everyone for recommendations for the perfect DJ. But anyways we saw them at the expo and we were kind of messing around and told them to "show us what u got" hahaha. Katar got on the turntables turning tables and played a lil mix Of this is how you do it. I asked them if they could "turn up" I was pretty much sold at that point. We met with the owner Robert at their office in Irvine and settled on DJ/MC/LIGHTING package that suited our needs. Robert and I went back and fourth via email and phone a million times. Customer service was top notch and they were all easy to deal with. They even show you how their lighting looks and works, as they have a demo room upstairs. They answered all my annoying questions promptly. Thats a plus essp of youre a stressed out bride lol. Then we met with Katar & Chris and just go to know each other and let them know what we wanted. It was just like chillin with some homies lol. Anyways come the day of the wedding...they were amazing! The lighting and trusts looked soooo good! Before the reception began we has the opportunity to see our ballroom at the Waterfront Hilton with everything set up. We were able to ask them to make the uplights a little more brighter. They played a centerpiece game that tricked our 240+ guests onto getting on the dance floor! That was a dope moment to see everyone dancing...especially people who usually wouldn't! They handled everything very professionally and ran the night smoothly! Katar lead everyone in doing the THRILLER dance which seemed to be a big hit as well. They played pretty much everything on our must play list which included TUPAC & TOO SHORT plus a bunch of 90's booty shaking hits lol. We hired the team from Invisible Touch for lighting and dj/mc services for our wedding and WOW! We could have not picked a better company! Initially, we met with both the dj we had requested (after doing some research on yelp and on the website) and Barbara (the sales rep we worked with throughout). During that initial meeting we were able to talk with Katar (dj/mc) as well as look at their lighting equipment and photo booth. They put together an estimate for us that day and we quickly decided to book them! On the day of everything was perfect! Katar is AMAZING. Seriously, book him right now. We were clear from the start that we wanted a very fun reception and he definitely delivered. He had our guests up out of their seats all night! Everyone had an amazing time. Music selection was great as well! We also got our event lighting from Invisible Touch and were SO impressed. For anyone considering uplights,let me tell you not all uplights are created equal! We used Invisible Touch for our 9/17/11 Wedding DJ and lighting and they were FANTASTIC!!!! Ryan was our DJ and he was incredible. When we first met with him, both my husband and I were impressed and knew he would make sure everyone had a great time our reception. He didn't disappoint. A couple of weeks before the wedding, Ryan sent us a huge list of song suggestions for the key events at the reception. When we met with Ryan to go over the time line, he had great suggestions and made sure everything flowed to keep the energy level high. Our friends and family danced the night away and had a great time. We also used IT for our lighting. All I can say is AMAZING! The up lighting and the pin spots really created the WOW factor we were looking for for our guests. The gobo on the dance floor and projected on one of the walls was the cherry on top. Invisible touch what can I really say about you. I am beyond disappointed and still have to deal on how much I regret hiring you guys for my lighting. It all started when I found the exact same venue that I was going to rent. It was decorated and fixed beautifully with lighting and it just looked amazing on pictures. So what I decided to do was contact Invisible Touch and someone from there office suggested me and my husband should attend there open house. Which we did. We got to meet the person who fixed the venue we were going to rent. His name is Scott. This man sure did fool me. I thought I was going to be in good hands and that he might be worth the investment. So I decided to get him, some of there lighting and since they offered a DJ. We decided to get one of those too. We ended up picking Juan. To make this a quick review. They made it a priority that I get my payments in on time. Emailed me and sent me reminders that payment was due. But never called or asked on how they were going to fix my venue or never even called to coordinate. But coordinating payments was easy for them to do. Not one phone call or one meeting on how they will go about decorating my venue. I only seen Scott on the day of my wedding. He called my Husband once at 11:00 at night. Just so much regret. I can't even bare to explain the rest. I hope future brides carefully browse different vendors other than them. Scott who I hired to fix my lighting and who I thought was going to do a ridiculously amazing job at fixing the lighting at my venue. Failed me miserably. He had bad communication. Did not cater to our needs at all and most of all could not be reached. I only seen him on the day of my wedding and he looked grungy, unprofessional, scruffy and just looked like a hobo off the streets. The idea of a Modern meets vintage wedding kinda went out the window on the day of my wedding when my lobby are looked like the 80's threw up on it. My stencils on the wall kept going on and off. There was a lot of technical difficulties going on. My sound and speakers for my slide show wasn't working. The DJ played the music so low that people barely even noticed him. I think my family members got tired of asking to turn the music up. I spent $4500 on DJ and Lighting and I got the most crappy uncoordinated service ever. Would I recommend them to other people. Absolutely Not!! Future Brides I suggest you search and search and compare prices and just don't settle because they look good. I guarantee there are better places out there that will care about you and your big day. That will learn how to communicate with other vendors. Other places that will give you a good deal. I wasted my savings on people that I thought was going to take care of me on the day of my wedding and I regret them with a passion. Although I have to say the owner Rob did try to make up for it. He called us right away and tried to take care of the situation which I truly do appreciate. But it wasn't even enough because I can never get back that day again. The impression that Scott made on me will last a lifetime. I felt like they took my hard earned money and ran with it. Robbed me blind. But you don't have to take my word for it. Go ahead and cough out money and see what kind of service you get and check if they really are worth getting. Juan the DJ might be the only person I pay. He did try to communicate with us and did come to my house to help me make my time line. Although he didn't play any of the songs I asked him to play and told him NOT to play this high energy music he did anyways but. He was a man and apologized for everything that was going on. Juan I really do wish you the best and that you keep that attitude up. Good Customer Service is the key to being successful and always always care about your customers. Long overdue review! This company made our special day a reality!! We are coming close to our first wedding anniversary this January, and I have engaged friends texting me for this company's contact information, and especially for our amazing DJ, Juan. The owner of the company, Robert, was a dream to work with. He really took care of us and treated us like family, not another paycheck. He knew what we needed before I did. We had a Batman themed wedding, and he really took into consideration what effects, DJ, and lighting would fit us best- all while watching out our budget. Now, Juan the DJ, was seriously the life of the party, and I am not ashamed about it!! He has such a passion of what he does, but most importantly, he has such a passion about recognizing how a wedding is to be apart of the couples journey, and we couldn't be happier. The lighting was beautiful, fun, and even had a theme logo designed for us that lit up a whole wall! They were so in tune about the timing of the lights, which made our first dance just that much more special. We needed a fun, lively, and bilingual DJ, and that is when we were introduced to Juan. We used Invisible Touch events for our DJ and lighting needs for our wedding last month, and I am so happy that we did! Every contact that I had with company, from initial meeting with the owner Robert, to our wedding night with DJ Katar and two assistants, was beyond my expectations. Robert is very professional and has a great set up in his office so we could see exactly how the lighting set up would look like. They have many options to work within any budget. Katar, our DJ was fantastic! He was easy to contact and responded very quickly any time that we had any questions. We met with him a few weeks before the wedding to organize the evening, pick out songs, etc. He had a lot of great ideas for us, but made sure that we were being true to what we wanted as well. The day of the wedding, Katar and his two assistants (sorry I don't remember their names!) were there on time and took their time setting everything up to make sure it was perfect. Everything from guest arrival music to last song of the evening was perfect and Katar was a fun and engaging MC. We are even Facebook friends now :) Would I recommend Invisible Touch? Hell, yes! Our wedding was 9.26.15. Invisible Touch Events provided the uplighting, draping, and DJ services. Robert, the owner, was great to work with. I told him my budget and he tried his best to work with the budget I had, and I will admit I went a little over the budget I set, but it was worth it! All the guests at our wedding had a great time. I think it was because of the great work Invisible Touch puts in their talent! We had Chris Chan as our DJ and Emcee. And he was great! He entertained the guests and knew when to engaged and have our guests participate. And he came up with our grand entrance, which some guests are still talking about! I was so suprised how many of the guests got onto the dance floor! He played the music we liked. They made things easy by having a planning site which is very helpful when it comes to making the timeline! Timelines are one of the hardest things to plan for weddings. When they say the DJ is probably one of the most important vendors that plays a roll in delivering an unforgettable wedding night to the guests, they mean it. This was one of the things that I initially overlooked when diving into wedding planning. I want to commend Juan Castro and the Invisible Touch team for providing my wedding guests with a truly amazing night. When approaching Invisible Touch, we weren't sure what to expect. The takeaway is that Rob drives a team of talented individuals with different styles and gives you what you pay for (Go Cowboys!). Juan goes above and beyond understanding the needs of the customer by getting to know their background, roots, audience and taste in music. He has a unique sense of style as he can mix anything up and make it sound good, he is truly gifted in his craft. He has a birds eye view in a sense that he knows how to lift people off their seats just doing what he does and drive the flow of the night, one of the things that is crucial on wedding day. Juan is a cool person overall. Our guests had an unforgettable night and still talk about how great the music was, I wouldn't change anything. My husband and I used Invisible Touch Events for lighting and DJ services for our Ritz-Carlton wedding this past year's Memorial Day weekend. We were happy with the lighting, but our only concern was with whether or not they utilized all of the different lighting packages we had purchased. We can't recall seeing or noticing the star maze effect we specifically purchased during our event, but we'll have to check our videographer's footage to make sure. If that's the case, then they would definitely lose a star to that. On a positive note, my husband and I did a custom choreographed dance (a four-song medley), and Juan made the perfect mix for us to use with our choreographer to rehearse and for the big day. He also did some custom lighting effects (without us even asking!) that enhanced our performance on the day of our wedding, which I thought was very thoughtful and awesome. For the most part, they stuck to our very specific song list for the event, but there were times where songs were playing that I knew weren't me and my husband's selections. We had spent several hours making a very specific song list, so I wasn't too happy when other songs were played, although it's hard to control every aspect of a wedding while it's happening and you're the bride! Overall, Gerardo, our MC, and Juan, our DJ, were great, and we were happy with our experience. They are very professional and organized, and were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. read more

It was amazing. Thank you, DJ Mary and MC Khanh, for making our big day running so smoothly and full of excitement! We did not have to worry about a thing. Mary and Khanh were very responsive via email, texts, calls, to make sure that everyone's on the same page of the wedding day. Mary was great for going the extra mile of editing and adding music to our slideshow. The dance floor was non-stop until the venue closed at midnight! Khanh's Vietnamese was superb. She switches tones between fun/upbeat/get-the-party-started in English towards the younger guests and respectful yet humorous in Vietnamese towards my family and parents' friends. It was so funnn.
