Invicta IP was established by Paul Kemp, CPA EPA and Community Design Attorney. Having built the business from a standing start, we are delighted to have been exporting our services to a number of countries around the world over the last couple of years.

Meet the Business Owner: Paul K.
Paul has over 25 years' experience in the profession. Following graduation in 1984 in engineering science, he trained with a well-established firm of patent attorneys in London. Having obtained the UK and European qualifications (CPA, EPA) and gained further experience, he established his own company, Invicta IP. He is a Fellow of CIPA, a Representative of the EPI and a member of the International Liaison Committee of Patent Attorneys which helps him to maintain close contacts around the world.
Paul is an enthusiastic, experienced patent attorney, an engineer at heart!
