The boat? Brand new and comfy as heck. Perfect for cruising around and soaking up the sun. This was my first crack at wakesurfing, and let me just say, the instructors were AMAZING. Super patient and helpful, they totally broke it down for me and got me riding those waves in no time. Highly recommend these guys, especially if you're a wakesurfing newbie like me. Dave made this so easy, I give him a few ideas and he cultivated and crafted it to life. I couldn't believe how meticulous and beautiful the day was. My sister was truly brought to tears. There was a customized champagne flute, a customized birthday welcome sign on an easel, fresh flowers, balloons, the colors and decor were honestly all on point!!! We were even able to come up with a chef inspired menu to hit the notes of our food favorites and Dave even has menu customized and laminated for the event. The crewmembers were some of the nicest top-notch service personnel we've ever met. We were even able to come up with a drink menu and they were bartenders on deck too! Truly was white glove service all around. If you put your contract in with Marquis Charters, you will not be disappointed as every dollar will be worth it!!!

The restrooms are available and clean (I honestly don't know why others complain about them), and the staff who manage the site are nice and responsive.we stayed at #16. The only major downside is the campground's policy on generators for RV. They allow them to run until 10 p.m., which can be unbearable for families with little kids who go to bed earlier. Our children are 7 and 5, and the constant noise at night made it very difficult for them to sleep. When I asked our immediate neighbor number 15 if she could turn it off earlier, she said management had told her it was permitted until 10 p.m. I called management after hour number and was given the same answer. Unfortunately, once everything quiets down at night, the generator noise becomes even more disruptive. It was a very uncomfortable experience for us, and unless this policy changes, we won't be returning or recommending the campground to our friends -- which is a shame, because the location and facilities are otherwise excellent.

I was worried that I had to rent a U-Haul pickup truck to tow their equipment. No Worries!! After making a reservation online, you show up on time. Time is important, it was quite a drive and I was 30 minutes late to my reservation. It was all good, I made it on time to enjoy the jet skis! Upon arrival, a person will brief you everything. Once completed, you follow the person towing your rental to the launch gate. Parking is $20, cash only! From there, you will enjoy your rental! Despite my experience, I did ran through a problem during my rental. I followed their rules and yet I got a warning light. Called the phone number they have given me, luckily I was with a buddy. They sent guys out to tow the jet ski, thank you! After we got back, no problems or damages were found on both jet skis. Small issue was oil overfill during the time the jet ski went through maintenance. It was understandable but I was given $25 for my next rental and refund back. We've taken it with care and hope someday to return to have fun!! S/O to the staff, thank you once again :)

Berryessa Boat and Jet ski is an awesome place to take your boat - they did a complete tuneup in…read morethe spring and the boat ran perfect when I got it back - was making funny noises before and made us wonder if we would make it back off the lake some times. Next trip we discovered the fuel pump was bad and they replaced it quickly AND replaced the polluted gas(had water in it). To top it off my trailer wheel started smoking driving home from their place and I had to pull into Pridmore storage lot so as not to lose the wheel/cause more damage(thank you Pridmore for being so kind too). Jerry replaced the bearing while it was still at Pridmore's and did it in one day so we could get out on the lake before this great weather goes away. These people care and are true experts on Boat and ski repairs.

The lady who manages the Marina store is so sweet and I dunno if it's the office manager or boat rental manager but she also helps with managing the cabin rentals and was very kind and refunded us a portion of our last day. Loved talking with Drew beforehand, learning about wetland restoration efforts and how quickly nature can rebound. The slough was peaceful and sparkling on this sunny October afternoon. We observed cranes and fish nibbling at surface snacks. In the distance, you can see Mount Tam and a bit closer--the Brazos railroad bridge. While there is much to see and do in Napa, this experience at the end of our trip was a definite highlight.
