The staff has been working hard to keep up with the demand of a newer location, and wait times can fluctuate depending on the time of day. You have the option of ordering ahead, using the drive-thru, or, as I tend to do, going right inside and ordering. I tend to do it this way so I can see what options I have for cold drinks, nutrition bars and the pre-packaged protein boxes. On all of my visits over three days, I got coffee three times and worked remotely and had lunch there as well.

Placed a mobile order and the line was wrapped around the building, granted it's a Friday morning and but i'm still in line waiting to pick up my order. Once I got to the speaker to tell the young lady I had an order she told me to hold and never returned to confirm my order. Again, it's a Friday morning, and this isn't my first time coming on a Friday morning but this has been the worst experience. I even contemplated leaving the line but i'm trapped because the drive thru doesn't have any other exits. Will I return, of course but never again on a Friday morning. And I won't place a mobile order in advance because you can't cancel it. Staffing is nice. Seemed like they were having a great morning despite being super busy. Outside the establishment is clean. Lawn is maintained. My breakfast was cold due to waiting and my drink was watered down. Again, I will go back just not while they're busy.
