We tried them around 3pm and needed an oil change for our Subaru Outback and a few hours later they were done and on our way...They even had a beautiful assistant travel to a neighboring town to get the right oil and filter. The price was fair and the two fine gentlemen even gave some local recommendations for food and a place to stay...The next time we are in southern Utah and need a hand with our finicky vehicle, will be calling Garrett again!! Good luck fellas et al with the move and wish nothing but the best (ps they do take CCs or venmo as well as cash!)

I first saw a mantel online at Home Depot by a salesperson. I then came home and went to their…read morewebsite and ordered one I liked better. After ordering it I received a notification from Fed Ex that it had been delivered. Only problem was it wasn't delivered to me. When I called Dogberry Collections I was told it wasn't THEIR problem. That they had made it and shipped it so it wasn't their problem but mine alone. I contacted Fed Ex twice. First time they couldn't find a package with my name or address on it. Second time I contacted Fed Ex going by the number on the package only I was told that there was a picture of my door that it was delivered to. BUT IT WASN'T MY DOOR IN THE PICTURE. Now you may think this is a problem with Fed Ex but it's not. I got out in the rain and tracked down my mantle by looking for the door in the picture. After going to this apartment a few times I retrieved my mantle. The problem was that on the shipping label it did NOT have my name or apartment number. When I made my order I listed my apartment number on two different lines. But the label simply said SHOPIFY IN PLACE OF MY NAME AND WITHOUT A APARTMENT NUMBER. They certainly knew my name when they billed my credit card and would not issue a refund. It was left up to me to track down the mantle and carry it home. I am 72 and disabled. I am just lucky that the person it was delivered to was willing to give it to me without any proof that it belonged to me and that they had not decided to keep it for themselves. DOGBERRY COLLECTIONS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT ANY HELP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
