I would never recommend this company to anyone after my terrible experience. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and follow up. We picked up the estimator to come and give us a quote. He implied they could do the job, so we wasted our precious time over the summer not contacting other companies. Then we never heard back and did not receive a written quote. We left multiple messages, when we finally reached the estimator over a month later, he was rude and stated the owner did not want to do the job. Then he proceeded to tell us the entire dock needed to be ripped out and he would not provide a price or quote for that extra work. Apparently, our entire dock does not need a total replacement, however they just didn't want to do the work. Then this man (Paul) proceeded to hang up the phone. At first, I thought it was some kind of misunderstanding or the phone accidently got disconnected. Then I realized when I immediately called back and it went straight to voicemail this was deliberate. I left on the voicemail for the owner to call me back directly and I have not heard anything since. If I was the owner of this business I would certainly want to know how my employees were conducting themselves and treating prospective customers. This type of disgusting behavior directly impacts the bottom line of any business and their reputation. No they are not the only game in town, however they appear to conduct business as though they were.
I later found out we are not the only ones to have a bad experience with this company. I never write a review unless the service was exceptional or extremely terrible and I think others need to be warned. read more
