When they reach out to you, they send emails from Pinnacle Home Repairs, but Contract then states Everstrong Construction, But they are listed on Yelp as BuildRight Construction. I am so disappointed in this experience, because I worked so hard to save up the money to complete this project of installing a Patio and pool wrap around on my house. I met with Kabren at 859 Spring Street Atlanta Ga. on December 9th 2025 and gave him a depost of 50% of the money in which he requested to take my project. I paid with a certified check from my bank. Kabren deposited the check into his BOA checking account, and when the check cleared, he started ordering supplies. When the supplies arrived he sent his team over to start the project, and requested payment for the work that was done. In which his contract states 50% down to get started and the final payment once job was completed. His team came to my home and worked two days and I haven't been able to get him to complete this project. i call and try to communicate with Mr. Kabren and he doesn't answer or return calls. He offers you a great price to take on your project and gets your money and you loose all contact with him and his assistant. They block your number or don't answer your call. If your looking to utilize this company please rethink it and run fast as you can to a legit company. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Please don't be scammed ,out of your hard-earned money like I was. My project isn't nearly completed, and now i have to hire someone else to complete what was started.

That crew worked extremely hard in record heat from 9 to 6 every day. They worked fast - not sloppy fast, but efficient fast; like they have done this a thousand times before. And they left the job site clean and orderly every day. Our agreement was that IW would build the structure and I would procure the door and windows, which they would install. We had to wait a few weeks for the windows, but IW came back and finished the job as soon as the windows were available. We got quotes from several builders, and IW's price was in the middle, but they gave me the most confidence that they could actually do the job. And I liked that they did not ask for any money upfront, but rather pay 25% at 4 agreed-upon stages of progress. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and provided IW with some sketches and approximate dimensions, and they did the rest. When there were design choices to be made, they laid out the options and let us decide. They did NOT nickel and dime us with lots of billable change orders. Our project was slow to get started due to a snafu getting the building permit (which IW handled completely ) but once they got started, they made amazingly fast progress. I heartily recommend Innovative Woodworks - these guys are pros!

Originally got a fast reply via phone, set up an appointment, and had someone come out and take a look at the basement. He was friendly and seemed to be interested and capable. He said he would go back and work out a floor plan and pricing estimates for what we had discussed. He did let me know that they were behind on some projects, and we discussed that it was not an immediate need, but he said he would get back to me in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I reached back out. The person I called said he could see that it was being worked out and to just give it some more time. It's now been 7 months, and have given up believing I might eventually get a quote.

We were very unhappy with both the process and the results of our two-bathroom renovation. No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.
