Absolutely horrible experience! I booked a coach bus ticket from Cologne to Dusseldorf. It did not…read morearrive at the time it was supposed to. We were fine the first 10-15 minutes but started worrying if it was coming at all. I tried the "track the bus" function on the website but it did not work. I called into the number on the website and it said the office was closed but if it was urgent or something regarding a current trip, to press star to be brought to the emergency line. After I pressed it, there is a voice recording saying it was experiencing high volumes of calls and that I should contact the ticket booths, the website or try calling again. It then cuts the line and not allow you to wait at all. Throughout the next 45 minutes, I made a total of 8 calls spread out, but not once was I able to get through. 1 hour after the supposed departure time, we were fed up and ready to pay whatever train we can find to get us to Dusseldorf. That was when the bus showed up. I note that they have my contact information including my email through which they sent my tickets . Why was there no communication whatsoever on the 1 hr delay and why was there no way for the customer to contact to find out what was going on? It feels helpless when you are in a foreign place especially at nighttime and dependent on your bus to arrive. By the way, after the bus arrived, there were no apologies or any explanation from the driver for being so late. Driver's attitude was also not the best. Definitely will avoid Eurolines at all costs.

I understood it was due to heightened security. I had to quickly find a place or a service that would keep my luggage not only overnight, but for a few days. I found Eelway here on Yelp, with 5 stars and 31 reviews. That's not a lot of reviews, but I took a leap of faith. It was the best thing. I placed my request online at almost 11pm for the following morning pick up. Famara came and picked my luggage up at the Westin within the window of time requested. Very professional and efficient. I had scheduled drop off at the Sheraton Paris at CDG and my luggage was delivered to the hotel early. I received and email stating it was delivered. I called down to the reception and the hotel staff brought it up to my room. Bag in tact! See the picture with the green tag. Eelway is professional and reliable. They keep you abreast of the status of tour luggage and they also make it so easy to make updates (like I had to extend a day because I mistakenly wrote the wrong date). Another plus is that it's so reasonably priced! 45€ for the pick up, storage for 4 days and the drop off! So if you're ever in Paris and don't want to deal with lugging your bags around, try Eelway!

More than the abundance of knowledge you may expect from a tour guide, Stephanie is like a walking encyclopedia, and with amazing depth to add! We did a private custom tour around the Palais Royal area, focused mainly on courtesans of the 19th Century, which is quite a narrow topic of interest, yet she was beyond an expert. She knew the streets, buildings, old street names, the happenings and locations, the laws, the customs, the cultural and social aspects, and much, much more. It gave a very vivid picture of what life was like in this realm throughout different periods, such as under Napoleon's rule. She also painted a larger picture, of what was generally going on at the time, which helped put into perspective the courtesans and life surrounding them. This was a topic I studied in graduate school, though it has been some time and my focus was on a larger scale, and my husband is interested in the times of Napoleon, so we wanted a tour that would combine our interests. I actually never expected to find such a tour, and when I contacted Sight Seeker's Delight's, I thought it was too narrow an interest and unlikely. I couldn't have been more wrong. Karen was prompt in her responses, helpful, and enthusiastic. I went from thinking this type of tour was a long shot, to being excited about it. But Stephanie far surpassed my hopes and gave us a better tour than I could ever have imagined! Even though it was a bit cold and rainy, this was no deterrent for her. She was audible, enthusiastic, full of energy, and a just powerhouse of fascinating knowledge.
