They said there would be a dog bed and dog bowls. Unfortunately, Otto had three seizures two days prior to our arrival, and we had to have him euthanized. There was neither a dog bed nor dog bowls. * Only one trash basket in the bathroom * No heat when it was in the 30s in the morning, 40s by midday, 50s by sunset * No nearby restaurants in walking distance * No automatic refills of water or San Pellegrino, you must ask * No soft drinks or alcohol in mini fridge * Weak internet signal * No handrails in bathroom or anywhere for that matter * Only one half of blanket * We picked up dead bugs during our stay * Ripped pillowcase cover * Minimal soundproofing * Despite what their website says this is not a five-star destination.
