This would be a tremendous hotel if they could only deliver what they promise. They use a…read moresemi-paved, undemarcated area for parking, and their parking arrow points to dirt by the waterfront. The entire gym/spa was closed when I got there in June, not just the outdoor pool. This extends to the in-house restaurant as well. I wanted pacú - on the menu, not here today. I wanted flavored sparkling water - on the menu, but they don't actually offer it. I wanted a salad with choclo - fresh out. Literally the only thing I ordered that they still had in stock was an empanada. Great job. I ordered the fish with lemon, it literally came as an unflavored fish with two lemon wedges to squeeze myself. Really? As a final insult, the cold water only comes out of the shower at a trickle, so I could either bathe in a deluge of steam and 3rd-degree burns or enjoy a soapy rivulet.
Recommendation: Not a place to stay or eat, until they get their act together.
