After making the trip to their office, they completely changed their story and informed me as soon as I entered the door that my insurance would not cover the service / foot gear. Couldn't they have conveyed that to me on the phone before I went there for my appointment ? It would have saved me the trip, my valuable time, and gas expenses. Customers and Patients, BEWARE of this office's irresponsibility and total lack of professional service.
