I bought the car from a guy named Kevin. On the test drive I noticed some popping under the front end. I asked him about this and he said it was the sway bar and he was going to fix it. He had my car for 4 days. He calls me and says they got under it and the axles were bad so they were going to replace them too so I didn't have to worry. He said I know you have 3 babies you need a reliable car for. So I said okay! Thank you. I picked the car up and still heard the popping. I was parked one day and it started shaking really bad. And the check engine light started flashing. I called Kevin and he said he wasn't sure what the issue was he told me to bring it in and they would fix it. After that they had my car 4 times and still the same issues. The battery completely died. So I bought a new one. When I put the battery in it the alarm kept going off. I told him the battery wasn't secure in it. He calls me a couple days later to pick it up and the next morning I'm driving to work and it completely dies! They didn't hook up the battery and it was barley hanging on. So me and my 15 year old finished hooking the battery up. And it started. The whole time it's been misfiring and the check engine light hasn't went off.. I called Kevin and what do you know my number is blocked! On his cell phone and the store phone.. like really. This car hasn't ran right since I bought it and he refuses to fix it. So I called from a friends phone and of course he answered. I told him look you need to make this right. The car is going into limp mode and not wanting to go over 40 going up a hill. So I get to the shop. Guess what KEVIN isn't there. Just his so called mechanics that obviously don't know how to fix a car. So I was told to go to the back and tell them to call Kevin. So they do and he basically says he's not fixing it. So then the female "mechanic" tells me to leave the property and is screaming at me calling me a bitch and telling me they're going to call the cops if I don't leave and that she isn't fixing shit, and I'm a pick me ass bitch. Like real professional. Sell me a pos car and then refuse to fix it. I've told him Everytime the car had an issue and now I'm blocked and threatened for trying to get them to fix it!!!! Long story but please do not buy a car from these scammers!!! I saved for awhile to be able to buy a reliable car and this is what I left with. A car that almost dies in the middle of an intersection with my children in the car. And these POS scammers refuse to fix a car after 4 times of having it for a week at a time.. and what do you know it's still not fixed. Threaten me because you suck at your job and can't fix a car. I hope noone ever buys a car here again! I've seen several other reviews where they have done this to single moms because they take advantage of the fact that we are not mechanically inclined. Fuck this business and I really hope karma gets them for all the people they have fucked over! Forgot to add the last time I picked it up the gas line wasn't hooked up and it was spraying gas everywhere! Luckily my babies grandpa was there and he hooked it back up. They don't know what they're doing! They buy these cars from auctions and don't even change the oil. Mine hasn't had an oil change in over 2 years!!! Just please if you want a reliable car do not buy one from here!!!!

He understood our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately someone ran a stop sign and totaled that one. I have faith that Nick will be able to find me something else that is perfect for me. He really went above and beyond. He helped us with wealth management ( even though we have none) retirement information. Great guy great dealership. They are not salespeople and do not get commission so you know they really are there to help. Thanks

I'm a little leery about a brand where you might not find service all that often, especially after having a Volkswagen and moving to a small town. As I started to look a salesperson emerged from the building, Keith Glover. I always hope that sales people will be honest and helpful. He was very friendly, as I explained to him that I was being nosy at this time and couldn't buy anything. I told him what kind of car was on my mind, so as they didn't have that exact configuration, he moved me to something I wouldn't even consider. Still, he wasn't really doing the wrong thing, it was just fruitless, as was his asking me if I wanted to take a test drive. I asked him about PZEV (Partial Zero Emissions Vehicles) since I'm planning to move to California and would not like to trade an almost new vehicle at a huge loss after a year. He went into a lovely story about Cleveland and Ohio, and pointed to the emissions information on the sales sticker, but never really answered my question. I know there are salespeople who do a good job, but in these difficult times, can they afford to be less desperate? I realize that he wanted to give me a "good presentation" but he was misleading and probably hoping for a quick sale even though I told him I couldn't. No harm done.

When my…read morevan started acting up last Thursday, they got me in first thing Monday, even with the short holiday week. As a single mom with a full time job, I have limited time and heavily rely on my vehicle, and I trust Elstro to diagnose issues honestly without pushing unnecessary repairs. Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt--which had been cracked since I bought the van--was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can't, but this time it clearly couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced. He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too--saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis. They have a quiet, clean waiting room. They are friendly and explain things well. No one wants to pay for auto repairs but if you have to, I highly recommend Elstro Auto!

I've been a customer of Elstro Automotive since 2018, but unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined while prices have continued to rise. My most recent visit was for a diagnostic test, and they told me the issue was with the ECM -- which turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying for two diagnoses, one from them and another from a different shop that correctly identified the real problem. After years of loyalty, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will no longer be using their services and would advise others to verify any diagnostic findings before committing to repairs.
