I stayed loyal to Integrity Mortgage Group because Jeri Creson is one of the most exemplary women I have ever worked with. The prep work, alone, for the sale, took six months. Because of the uniqueness of the buyers and the seller. Integrity Mortgage Group realizes that people that make a great deal of difference. You don't go to a business because you like their logo or building. You go because of the person & reputation. Jeri Creson has that ability of enhancing very person's reputation she comes in contact with. There was a lot of complex wheels in our deus ex machina. When the bureaucratic dust settled it was Monday, not only did the closing happen fast, it happened on Wednesday, just 2 DAYS after of the magnitude of paper was assembled & ready. It was so complex, that Jeri herself did so much work, that it impressed me with her tenacity & follow-through! There is a lot of people in my experience that said "oh yes, I'll get that done." And it disappeared from their consciousness, never to return. I am proud to call Jeri my mortgage broker! In fact our gift to her, was me, BiG Jon, my brother, my husband, Randy, at the closing we're so much fun that Luke our attorney had a sad & disappointed look in his eyes, because he had to go to another closing and it just wasn't as fun as our closing party! Devi Hansen with Integrity Mortgage did a great job for me. My profile was a little iffy because of my self-employed status. Devi knows how to review your income tax return to see where you stand before going much further. At first my loan app was denied, but Devi went back to underwriting and showed them how the numbers would work. She got my loan approved. I'm with Quicken Loans now for the first time and find them to be very easy to work with. You'll be in good hands with Devi Hansen. She is attentive, always returns phone calls and emails promptly, and is very knowledgeable. And she has a great personality and is a lot of fun and easy to talk to. I've since referred a friend to Devi, and Devi handled that refi as well. I wish I had more real estate loans so that I could work with her again. You'll be in good hands. By the way, you need not worry about you or your property not being in the San Diego area. They can handle your mortgage needs regardless. I found Devi Hansen through an Internet query. I was hesitant to forward her my financial documents at first, not having met her in person or visited the office. I contacted the BBB; Integrity Mortgage checked out. I contacted the NMLS board; Devi Hansen checked out. All my business dealings with Devi were over the phone and through email. At the end when it was time to sign, she sent a traveling notary to me, a local guy from my community who gave outstanding service. This whole process was fast too. I think my loan was funded within six weeks of my initial inquiry. Integrity Mortgage is legit. Devi Hansen knows this business inside and out, and she will share with you her extensive knowledge. Julie Vari, as I have told her many times, is an absolute miracle worker! We tried refinancing our mortgage through our current-at-the-time lender and after about 5 months of foot-dragging, late replies to inquiries, and general lack of interest in helping us (along with a crappy rate), we gave up on them and despaired of getting refinanced before rates started heading back up. Then a friend of ours told us that she got her refi within about a month and gave us Julie's number. I called Julie the next day just to get an idea of whether she could do anything for us, not intending to actually get the ball rolling until my wife and I discussed it further, but she made the process so easy that within a few minutes I was sure I wanted to work with her. She told us that she could get us a much better rate than we were promised by our other lender and that it would take much less time. Ultimately, it took just over a month (and probably would have been quicker if third parties had gotten their documents over sooner) - and she got us an even better rate than she quoted in the beginning! After our previous failed attempt and all the issues we experienced, she was an absolute joy to work with - very prompt in replying to emails, thoroughly knowledgeable, tenacious in getting the small tasks completed (even prodding us to do our part in a timely manner :) ), honest, transparent, and always looking out for us. Just went through a refinance with Integrity and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Julie and Alex made everything so easy for me! They had my best interest in mind when it came to refinancing. Other places I checked with before settling on Integrity would constantly call to hound me about refinancing after I told them I needed to think about it. Funny how every time they called there was "Another amazing offer" they were able to find to lower the rate and save more monthly. Julie laid everything out and walked me through the process step by step. Julie would even follow up just to check in, VERY PERSONABLE! I like that in a company, not just blasting you with emails or trying to sell you something at every corner. At the end of the day Integrity was able to get me a much lower interest rate and saved me hundreds of dollars in my monthly payment. I honestly feel like I could call them long after the fact and they would help me with whatever questions I had concerning my mortgage. I'd like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with Devi Hansen of Integrity Mortgage. I own several rental properties and have done a dozen refinances in the last three years. As rates continued to decline I continued to refinance. I have worked with four to five different companies/individuals and by far, the best service and most knowledgeable of them all was Devi Hansen of Integrity Mortgage. She was absolutely on top of the rates, gave me the lowest rate combined with no closing costs along with a very expedited refi. . I recently close a VA IRRRL REFINANCE with Integrity Mortgage, on the 30 July 2014. and I thought I take a minute to express my appreciation to Bill Hierl, my loan officer. A month ago I received a "streamline VA Rate reduction" flyer from Integrity and I was about to throw it in the circular file, due to the fact that I re-financed my home last April 2014 and had such a bad experience with the mortgage company. So , I thought it's one of those ploy. But my wife asked me to try and call the sender. So I called and spoke with Bill Hierl, he sounded like one who knows whats he's doing so gave him some pertinent information asked him to send me a preliminary GFE.
