During my ORS matter, I felt that important information and circumstances were not properly considered, and I believe decisions were made that negatively affected both me and my family. Tooele county is a corrupt horrible place avoid it all cost not anyone from these highschools had a IQ over a 100 and its very common for people in Grantsville to have children with their first cousins its also well renown for its amount of drugs in circulation like meth and cocaine I also felt that after my relationship became known, the treatment my girlfriend and I received changed significantly. Whether intentional or not, the appearance of bias caused me to lose confidence in the process and in the neutrality that parties should expect when dealing with public officials. Over time, my concerns only increased as I observed additional actions that, in my opinion, created the appearance of conflicts of interest and unequal treatment. The financial and emotional impact on my family has been substantial. Public officials and members of the judiciary are held to high standards of impartiality, transparency, and accountability. Based on my personal experiences, I do not believe those standards were met in my case. I would encourage anyone involved in a legal matter to carefully document all communications, maintain detailed records, and seek independent legal advice whenever possible. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding my interactions with Jamie Topham and the matters involving my family.
