We contacted three different companies to come and provide a quote for our backyard. We were looking to have grading done, window wells replaced and all new landscaping. We received three very different quotes. The first was a basic quote that gave general information and a price. The second was a bit more detailed with pricing and the third (from Integrity) was the most detailed. The second two companies spent a lot of time explaining the project to me. The first seemed in more of a hurry. When you are getting quotes for something like landscaping pricing can be all over the place and it is extremely helpful to have such a well written quote that gives a lot of detail. We decided to go with Integrity because they provided information on exactly what was going to be done, how much material was going to be used and the time it would take for the project. Initially it seemed that they may be higher in price but when I reached out to the other companies to understand the amount of material I realized they were bringing way less material and one didn't plan to replace our window wells but "Pound them out and spray paint them" which is not what we wanted.  In the end Integrity ended up being a better deal and I felt comfortable moving forward because they had such in depth communication about the project. I changed things around in the project several times so it was nice that they were willing to work with me as I figured out what I wanted for plants and material. From start to finish the project went great. The guys arrived on time, they were respectful and worked hard the whole time. They made sure to lay down plywood so my lawn was not wrecked and they cleaned up meticulously.  We plan to use them again next summer for another project. read more

When you look up the definition of integrity in the dictionary, it reads: "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness." Its synonyms include honesty, honor, good character, principle(s), ethics, morals, virtue, decency, fairness, sincerity, truthfulness, and trustworthiness. In our experience, Integrity Landscape Services, LLC embodied all of this and more! After a concrete contractor destroyed our property while pouring inferior concrete, with virtually no foundation, creating significant drainage issues, David came out in a timely fashion and immediately suggested ways in which his company could bring peace and beauty back to our yard. His team removed the majority of the subpar concrete, laid pavers to cover our front stoop, front and back walkways, patio and back stairs. They removed the damaged vegetation, planted numerous bushes and shrubs, corrected grading issues left by the previous contractors, installed a small retaining wall with drain tile and catch basin, and filled in our existing gardens, all in an effort to provide proper pitch and drainage. Their team of workers, WORK! There's not a lot of unnecessary chatter, and the foreman, Steve, not only supervises, but also works along with his team with professionalism and respect. Even amidst the chaos, the work site was kept clean and passable at all times. They honestly go above and WAY BEYOND to make sure their projects are perfection and their customers are awe struck. They proved to us, without a shadow of a doubt, that there are professional, honest, and exceptionally skilled contractors out there! We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Quality, expertise, customer satisfaction describe the reasons to hire this company. I have hired Integrity four times in the last three years. This is the best home contractor experience I have had. Integrity took the time to meet with me in my yard to discuss work I wanted done. They also pointed out improvements that could be made to add value and enjoyment to my yard. Within days, they sent a detailed project plan and pricing. They were kind enough to return to answer questions and finalize the plans. The company has removed and replaced plants and mulch in my yard, corrected grade to improve drainage around my house, removed trees, and seeded new lawn. The skills and expertise of this company are evident from the first to last detail. There is a clear sense of pride in a job well done woven into the fabric of this company, and it shows. Every employee on site and in the office is pleasant to work with and kept me informed as the work progressed. The company has a wide and varied portfolio of work. From practical maintenance, to beautiful landscape design and creative use of stone...this company does it all. read more

Integrity Landscape Services, LLC did a phenomenal job installing our home's patio, walkway, new plants and lawn! We could not be more happy with the job that was done and the professionalism of all the staff. From the initial meeting through completion, everyone from the office staff, to the owner, to the on-site foreman, to any of the workers were more than friendly, happy to answer all our questions and worked extremely hard to make our dream yard a reality. Our house was a new construction, so they were installing the yard's features from scratch. The builder left a number of items not completed satisfactorily, but Integrity was able to fix all their problems quickly and, sympathetically, did not pass the extra costs on to us. We wanted to make a handful of changes to our designs on the fly after we saw how things were looking. Everyone was more than happy to make those changes to ensure we were happy. Cannot recommend Integrity Landscape Services, LLC enough! We love our new yard and patio! Thanks to everyone involved!!! read more

Thank you for all your hard work & commitment to a job well done. We have a beautiful new patio, lighting on the patio & around our yard & a water drainage system in place to solve our wet yard problem. Removal of the old deck & all the new in place went smoothly. From the initial visit to discuss our options, to ordering the correct items, to timing (on time & on schedule), to the efforts put forth by the entire team - we are very pleased. It went so well, we plan now to have you do shrub plantings! We could not be happier - thank you Integrity for a job well done! read more

I just had work done this last October 2022. It was wonderful. From the time of the initial discussion to when the work was done, I couldn't have asked for more. During the project there was a problem (my fault). Steve came up with a creative solution that was better than the original plan. The crew was fast, hardworking and pleasant to deal with. I have had work done by this company before, and I always had the same results. Great! They are not cheap, and they don't do small projects. I have always found them to be polite and helpful. read more
