Upon reading the document it looked like it was signing us up for a monthly subscription service of some kind and I questioned it - and the tech said that is not what it was for - but just for that days service -only - which included their standard 30 day return check up respray visit and the only thing that would be charged was the one visit; That "we were not signing up for anything additional" - like we arranged on the phone call to get them out there in the first place. He also said he would not be able to conduct the work without the document signed which permitted them to work on the property and the document was just a standard one that is needed every time. We sign the agreement for: "allowing them permission to access the property for coming out there today, and nothing else." Two documents, one for what he claimed was to access the property and another to acknowledge the use of the chemicals they were using and things proceed at pace. Fast forward two months later they signed us up for a subscription plan of some kind which we certainly did not agree to, stating that document as the premise and tried to drop by and schedule, on their own, return visits - which we certainly did not agree to. Sneaking the up sell fraudulently as the "standard document for the service call." Luckily I got it all on camera. Not only that they never did get rid of the wasp problem in the first place and the store bought twin pack cans seem to continue to do a better job. Your mileage may vary, but I will be warning my friends and family about soliciting these guys for business with dodgy practices like that.

Disappointing initial interaction so I never got their services. I spent a few days working with…read moretheir team on a very simple landscape maintenance project. Our front yard is very small and we have an even smaller patch of turf that we wanted some help mowing/fertilizing. I was satisfied with their pricing structure but for the fact that they wanted to charge an insanely high hourly rate for hand pulling weeds. I called to talk to them about this and to point out that there weren't many weeds that were grown but a lot of fledgling weeds which was the whole reason we needed the help (we handpick / dig up more mature weeds all the time). We reached an agreement we were comfortable with and then when they sent us an upgraded bid, they still had a crazy high amount baked into the bid for handpicking weeds. I called to ask if they could get an eyes on the property before we approved that high amount (as I was comfortable with them spraying instead of handpicking) and they said they didn't have time to send anyone out and that the height of the weed will determine whether they spray or handpick, then they told me we could handpick the weeds that were taller ourselves if we wanted to, which was pretty upsetting. I felt very nickle and dimed by these folks given that our yard is not very big and the cost including the handpicking was the highest bid we received by far. We wanted to work with them but they were so concerned about a team of landscapers having to pick maybe 5-6 weeds, they set a very high price. I even sent them a picture of the yard and they even agreed there arent many weeds but still insisted on the high handpicking charge. Very disappointed.
