I called John and he said he would fix it under warranty. He came to the house with a new heating element but it turned out to be a different problem which was with the wiring harness connector. The connector itself was no longer available locally but he found one on eBay, bought it and then installed it. I paid for the part and he said the labor was covered under warranty. I think he is very honest. He could have charged me much more than he did. In the future if I have a problem with any other appliances I will call him and I highly recommend him to all my friends and real estate clients.

We…read morehad a drain pump motor fail in our washer on New Year's eve and called him to ask about parts. He answered the phone like 7 minutes before the store was closed and answered my questions. We told him we could bring the part down and try to find model number. He was kind enough to wait for us, despite it being past closing, and my brother hauled his behind down there. He had the part in stock and was able to get us all squared away and stayed late to do it. Sounds like 1st world white people problems, having to wait over the holiday weekend for a part, but the thing is we had the washer disassembled and a sopping wet load of my clothes in a sink. I'm flying out of town and needed them done to pack in my suitcase. It was really nice to not have to spend time going to a laundromat and instead getting ready to enjoy the last bit of time with my family. Thanks a bunch Rocky, for providing that kind of customer service. You don't see it as much these days and it's damn refreshing.
