She was very efficient and polite when shoppers wanted items she was working on. I also observed her helping an older woman with her items offering her a box she had just emptied. I asked her her name and she said Monica. Monica is an outstanding associate. She went out of her way to make an older woman's shopping experience easier. And, the store easier to shop.
