The 3 and 4 year olds I was with very much enjoyed running between the exhibits and pressing buttons, turning handles etc. However it seemed that quite a lot of the exhibits were broken, and not a lot had changed since we visited many years ago. This is a really cool place to visit in Winchester. Once you are there you will see a dome shaped building which is the cinema/theatre suite where you pay to go and see some shows of science or nature shows. Which lasts around 20 -30 mins. Also, there is the experimental area where you get to play with lots of different items and test them out, like creating your own whirlwind in the water or pressing on buttons to try out the thickness of different textures of liquids. This is a great day out place for family or friends. read more
