I contacted Mr. Royce Williams office to let them know that I had changed banks and that they needed to stop drafting my old account. That didn't occur, and they over-drafted a closed account which caused all sorts of issues. Then, after I informed Mr. Royce Williams that I would be going to a new insurance agency, he didn't cancel the insurance policy which resulted in an invoice being created while I had insurance with another insurance company. Mr. Royce Williams refused to delete that particular invoice after I had proven that I had another insurance company covering me during the time period he billed me for. (double coverage) I paid the invoice so that I didn't continue to get bills from Mr. Royce Williams' office, but I certainly should not have been billed for insurance I had already canceled. I would suggest picking a different insurance agent other than Mr. Royce Williams, just in case any kind of issue ever needs resolving.
