Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.

For instance, I am home sick today when I realized I don't have enough money in the account that is automatically billed by my auto insurance company. I don't feel well, and REALLY did not want to drive to the credit union to make a deposit. No problem. I just called Joel and he adjusted the billing date to February 1st. I don't tend to get excited by insurance, but this guy has always been there for us. You can call him with any issue, and he will do his best to solve your problem on the spot. When it comes to auto insurance, he deals with a bunch of different companies, so every six months he will review or plan to be sure we are getting the best price. If not, he will give us options to switch to another company. This is the sort of place you can call and give your name and he knows by memory what your companies and situation are. No being placed on hold while they look up your account. Rare, personalized service in a very impersonal business. Highly recommended.

After we moved out of the building he would call us to let us know we had mail so that we could come pick it up rather than having it re-routed through the postal service. That's just the kind of guy Joel is; considerate and aware of other peoples needs. It is no surprise that those attributes translate into his being an awesome insurance agent. When I first called Joel about auto insurance, he made me aware that there was a bogus claim on my insurance that was preventing him from being able to offer me the best rates. He gave me all of the resources necessary to get the bogus claim cleared from my record, which let me tell you was no easy task. Afterward, he insured my husband and I at a fabulous price on both of our vehicles and my husband's motorcycle. We are in the process of building a house now and there is no one else I would trust more than Joel to help us with that. He gives personal service in an impersonal world and he's a straight shooter. Emails and calls go straight to him and he is right on top of it. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for insurance call Joel first.

In 2011, after meeting with Dan, he informed me about Hagerty Insurance for "historic vehicles", which no other agent had ever told me about! Hagerty Insurance is for "historic vehicles" that are driven occasionally and I jumped at the chance to change my coverage. Because of Dan, I've saved (many) hundreds of dollars over the last 7 years. He also set us up with great policies for our 3 condos that we rented out (until recently sold). He really loves his job and works to get you the best deal possible. Every time I have called him, he goes out of his way to help me with anything I need.
