When I recently purchased a home in Lafayette, my current broker and national carrier tried to jam me with a policy that was overkill to the say the least - along with an overkill premium as well Fortunately my loan broker turned me on to Blevins and TJ personally stepped in to help me with policies that fit the local market. He gave me multiple options all with fantastic, name brand carriers that fit the house and my budget - perfectly. Best of all, TJ made sure he policy met the exact requirements of the loan provider and took care of getting the documents to my loan broker and escrow company for a seamless closing experience. Earlier in the spring, I had some questions based on a mailer I received and set up an appointment with Jan. First of all, I was impressed that an agent, who I know must be very busy, would take the time to speak with me one-on-one about my questions. Second, she was exceedingly friendly and was obvious to me that she really does care about her customers, beyond making extra $$ from them signing up for extra products/services. Her advice was very practical and I never felt pressured into modifying my coverage. I would recommend Jan's office to anyone in search of a good insurance company and agent.
