I've had a many good conversations with my State Farm agent and she has really looked our for my interest to ensure I am covered properly. It's not just a jingle friends Statefarm really is there. In a world with so many choices and so many agents trying to get your business promising you the world, it's soothing to know that there are agents who will not only get you good rates, but give you caring good service like Anna does, as well (not just when they are threatened to lose your business). She speaks English and Korean so there is no language barrier with her agency and she has given good advice when I needed or asked for it.
