I thanked the security guard then the no 1 help Fidel clerk was mocking me thanking the security guard. And asked me to give the security guard money for helping me. She than asked that I need to thank her too. I said thank you and then asked for money. I said I don't have money on me. In France the social security is not like in the US. It is covered by the government. This kind of behavior is illegal.

Seul un simple détartrage a été réalisé, sans explication claire ni justification médicale. Pendant le soin, j'ai saigné et aucun moyen de rincer ne m'a été fourni. J'ai dû gérer cette situation moi-même avec un mouchoir, ce qui était très inconfortable et peu professionnel. Après le rendez-vous, je n'ai reçu aucun suivi, aucun conseil, ni plan de traitement pour ma carie, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. J'ai eu le sentiment d'être expédié(e) rapidement et sans considération. Je suis également inquiet(e) que mon statut de bénéficiaire de l'AME ait pu influencer la qualité des soins reçus, ce qui, si c'est le cas, serait discriminatoire et contraire aux droits des patients en France. The medical desert in France already starts beyond the péripherique. I called SOS Medecins from St…read more Denis because I was suffering from a bad migraine with vomiting that wouldn't respond to painkillers. The lady who answered the phone had zero empathy. With a loud, domineering voice she lectured me that St. Denis is not Paris and that I should look for a doctor's office that is open on a Saturday. Their doctors only do house visits inside Paris she said. On their website they advertise medical house visits for "Grand Paris" which includes Seine Saint Denis. So apparently this is no longer the case. I wish I had known that important piece of information in advance. I also wish they would employ operators better suited for talking to people who are calling in for medical help.
