$7,000+ spray foam insulation, loft my main complaint was heat loss through roof, we had long discussion which entailed my roof being bare during winter. they're response we will keep snow on your roof and you will notice a huge improvement on utilities . after first storm completely bare roof, their excuse it's the first snow ( what) it was a wet snow & u have a metal roof , you didn't have enough room to add 7" foam ( mind you this was NEVER discussed otherwise I would of just went with rockwool & saved myself $5000, as a matter of fact they discouraged me from rockwool saying I wouldn't get the R value yet now they say the $7000 you paid doesn't get you proper R value, interesting . 2nd snow , dry, and the temps have only been in 20's yet I have a bare roof. but they insist after giving them over $7000 I will save on my heating bill, strange they can't comprehend that's impossible as clearly my heat is STILL going through roof , but seeing they can't keep track of their lies it's not surprising they keep up that deceptive lie of saving me money. if you choose to go with this so called business protect yourself as I did and capture their lies, there will be many read more
