He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. They showed up when they pleased and went days with no communication about whether or not anyone would be coming. Mom never felt as if it was safe to go do errands, for fear she would miss them and they might never come back. After only about two months of "work"... The ceiling is not straight. The tub has marks in it that might have been caused by tools or could have been damaged after they installed it. The lights over the vanity have fallen out and damaged the vanity countertop. The toilet is not straight.

I have another project for another property and they have give a very competitive quote. Because of their quality of work and the time of the year there is a lot demand for their services. The only complaint here is now I have another project for asphalting a driveway on another property and because of their busy schedule they are unable to give a time estimate for them to come out, even if the timeframe is somewhere two months out or more, it doesn't matter to me. After having a conversation with Dan, who is very nice, he explained the dynamics of the business and what factors contribute to not being able to define a time. I still hope to do business with them because of their high reputation even if it means a later time down the road.
