After just over a year of doing business with Marietta Outdoor Power, I felt a need to review them…read morehere so other potential customers do not make the same mistake(s) I did. I purchased a Husqvarna Z254F Zero Turn mower from them last summer. Since then, it's been in their service department for repairs three (3) times in less than a year. First, a bolt on one of the blade-drive sprockets broke off. Second, the parking brake springs were making a loud grinding sound. Third (after Marietta Outdoor Power did a winter tune-up), the oil was found to be over-filled and a hydraulic fluid leak developed, rendering the mower to be without substantial power. It should be noted that I did not add any additional oil since the tune-up, even though I was called by one of their salesmen and accused of doing so. It should also be noted that when they delivered the mower to my residence this last time, they did not leave any paperwork as to indicate what they serviced. I also want to stress that at no time have I used my mower in a haphazard manner. Since then, I've filled out a survey (one month ago) from them stating exactly what I've listed in this review. I have not heard or seen a response from any of their associates. During my many years of employment, I have always treated my customers with the highest level of customer service. Believe me, this is not customer service by any means. I truly wish they had a buy-back program!

I wanted a flower arrangement to be put on my Grandmother's headstone for her birthday. I called…read moreMackenzie's and vaguely explained what I was wanting and they guided me through the process of. They then created a beautiful silk flower arrangement that included Stargazers that was my only requirement because those were my Grandmother's favorite flower. They also suggested a "saddle" that sits on top of the headstone so that it doesn't get in the way of the caretakers doing the lawn work. They then took it to the cemetery for me and sent me photos of it and texted to me. They were very helpful and provided me with a beautiful flower arrangement that my Grandmother would love. Thank you Mackenzie's!

We finally texted Chad, only to be told he could not come out and would let us know when he would be out. He showed up 2 days later (1 day before the party) by himself, so we had to help him put the tent up, along with the tables and chairs. The tables and chairs were filthy and had to be scrubbed before our guests arrived. The party ended on Sunday and we arranged for him to take everything down on Monday or Tuesday. He then put it off until Thursday. Thursday afternoon he texted he'd be out Saturday, but we told him he needed to take it down now, as it was blocking access to our barn. We also specified he'd better bring someone to help him, as we were not going to. He arrived late Thursday and took it down. Totally unreliable from start to finish - BEWARE!
