Have just had a very bad experience with this florist ordered funeral flowers, firstly we were given the wrong price list we were p lacing a order for £700 worth of flowers for which the price had been worked out among family but was told it would be £800 as the price had been increased from the beginning of that month we were given no apology and there attitude considering the funeral was for a close family member was disgusting, secondly when the flowers were delivered within 6 days the white chrysanthemums had turned pink around all the edges and the roses in the sprays and some of the other flowers had all started to rot, the weather within that week had been very mild with alot of rain two other wreaths delivered at the same time from another florist were not discoloured at all even though they were the same type of flower in fact now over two weeks later they still look quite fresh when I went to complain about this again there attitude was disgusting with no apologies whatsoever and was told by the manager she might look when passing, I feel very disappointed for the way we were treat especially when we had payed so much for the flowers and would not recommend this shop to anyone read more
