Hand made artisan chocolates using high end French couverture chocolate, fresh ingredients, all natural and no preservatives. From colored cocoa butters to metallics, we have been air brushing, hand painting as well as intricately designing some fabulous, edible creations.
Each piece is art in it's own form, fashionably designed and will tantalize your taste buds. You can even put your own picture and/or text on your chocolates. Special chocolate creations like chocolate treasure boxes. chocolate cocoa pod boxes and golf sets to name a few, are gifts that wow throughout the year.

History
Established in 2006.
I started making chocolates in 2004. After taking an evening course in chocolate making at NAIT, twice, the real learning began. There were many flops, but my passion for chocolate creations motivated me. I read and watched anything I came across which was scarce back then, until a chocolatier was born. I was previously at the Calgary Farmer's Market in 2007, and drove every weekend for a year to promote our products. I had a small chocolate shop in Athabasca for 3 years from 2007-10, and am now working out of my home in a large commercial kitchen. We ship all from our online store via Canada Post. We deliver locally, and frequent Edmonton and Calgary,

What I love and have a strong passion for is to make and create from chocolate. Always, I am thinking chocolate and coming up with new flavors and chocolate creations. Numerously we have been told they are the best; from executive chefs from great restaurants and from high end hotels. We are told repeatedly that we have surpassed our competitors. They have the marketing years behind them. We think they have great product, but what a great compliment and positive feedback! We were present at the Calgary Rocky Mountain Wine and Food Festival for the past 4 years. Our specialty is our AWARD winning French ganache which was a finalist at the International Chocolate Awards in 2013.
We are proud to announce in 2015 we won Bronze at The Canadian National Chocolate Competition for our Monkey's Lunch Chocolate.
