I felt 'Easy Driving Training' was value for money each lesson was only £19 which for me was great only earning a part-time salary. I really enjoyed learning to drive and with a friendly, positive instructor I looked forward to each lesson. And with simple techniques I picked up the skills easily and quickly. Also, I felt I passed fairly quickly in less than 3 months. Compared to many of my friends who started at the same time, if not before, and still have not passed! He sped through literally everything. As a driving instructor I'm expecting you to know that I'm new to this and I will have to repeat things over and over until I'm comfortable. Shouting at me because of mistakes while I'm trying learn isn't helpful. After talking to other people who have used bsm I've found out that there are many teachers like him. I had to leave the lesson before the actual end time and get a refund. Let's not even address the ridiculing. They need to teach their teachers how to actually teach.

No information was given ,I would have a lesson booked and be waiting only to find out that instructor was on a course and was either going to be late or not show up at all .The Liverpool office was unsympathetic that was when they answered the phone at all.Ask a friend to recommend you a good driving instructor .

Why don't both student and instructor have to confirm that full lesson was delivered as have no proof to try and re-claim.
