Our recent batch of Amzn return 12/25 & 1/26 receipts show OFF LINE LABEL with NO TRACKING REFERENCE # ??? Amzn shows we have yet to drop off returns?! We spent months last yr trying to sort out numerous missing returns from this facility? THIS Needs to be reported to state authorities?!!! It is beyond fishy? Over priced and started print job without providing a quote…read more Per my conversation via phone with a particular female at the business it was mentioned to provide a quote BEFORE printing. I did need the job completed that same day but wasn't willing to pay x10 the amount of what Staples or Office Max could have delivered. Then I was called to inform me that the print job was completed. After explaining the situation I was given the option to either come pick up the print job and pay or it will be sent to collections. Would have been better to gone with the later two rather than Minuteman Press after being suckered into paying for what I didn't approve in charges. Never would recommend business to anyone! Would be better to go to Charleston Blue Print for a more professional print and better customer service.
