I was very satisfied with this hotel! The room is sound proof and it was very quiet. There were free bottles of water waiting for us in case we didn't want to drink from the tap. The bed was a double bed and not two beds togethers, and the pillows were super comfortable!
The staff was very friendly (I don't know if they spoke good english since we spoke german to them, but I'm guessing.. yeah?).
The breakfast was included, and it was very good! High quality tea, yogurt, cereal, butter, cheeses, fruits, coffee, and bread. I was very satisfied with it and ate very well.
The room was super clean and comfortable. The floor made some noise because it's probably old.
The only problem was that we arrived on a Sunday after 6pm, and in Boon everything is closed because they are religious. Even the hotel's own restaurant was closed! There was absolutely nothing! Really!
The solution we found was, to order food! Thankfully in germany they also have the same food delivery website we have in Holland (takeaway.com/ thuisbezorgd) , so it was easy to find a few places open in Bonn that could deliver. We just used lieferservice.de to have it delivered in our room and the hotel's staff was helpful and handed us forks and plates, etc. That really saved our tummies! I just had to leave this tip here for other travellers that might have the same problem!
The hotel also has a restaurant, although we didn't get a chance to try it, it seemed good.
The facility also has a spa! And I was very excited about that. I didn't get to use it because we left early the next day, but I saw the spa part of the Hotel and it seemed very good! Be sure to use everything they offer! read more
