I don't know how things work in Belgium, and this is the first time I needed a haircut since I moved here. But I truly believe in respecting people and their time.
I got an appointment at 10:00 am. So naturally I arrived perfectly on time.
The man tells me to wait, so I sit. (Maybe he has to set up first). 10 minutes later, he starts working on the highlights for someone else. That's not cool but okay, maybe it'll be fast.
35 Minutes later he was barely halfway through her head, and me? Still waiting.
I'm not saying he is a bad stylist, I'm just saying he has no respect for other people's time.
If my appointment is at 10:00, I expect to be attended by 10:05 the latest. That's called being a professional.
Long story short, I just walked out of the place. Didn't feel the need to make a scene or to tell the guy how poorly he runs his business. Simply walked out, quite pissed.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Respect to your customer is at least 50% of your service quality.
A piece of advice to this man, If you knew that you had to do the highlights on this woman before cutting my hair, then ask me to come at 11:00 and don't waste an hour of my time. It's disrespectful and simply not cool. read more
