Bill came out and we discussed the plan for what we wanted. The price was right, so we made a deal. Gave half up front for materials and two weeks later he was there getting started. Update on previous review: 1. He did come back and do the…read morewood replacement for my mom's shed. All pieces were not replaced so only infected pieces were. 2. We were able to agree on a reduced price due to some plumbing issues. He had broken a pipe under the home, he fixed that but an issue was still there with pressure for just the hot water. Mom will call a licensed plumber to fix. 3. He did clean up the infected debris and sweep up off her carport and take it away. This was not written in contract. She assumed it was part of job- and it would have been if other issues over written contract were not already in dispute. 3. Overall- the work was done and cleaned up. I appreciate his willingness to discuss issues with me and come to an agreement.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would…read more In advance of the painting of our deck, part of the agreement was to pressure wash the deck. No one asked them to pressure wash our sliding glass door, which they did anyway, and BROKE THE SEAL ON OUR DOUBLE PANED DOOR. Now moisture gets in between the 2 panels and we have constant moisture drips and "fog". The cost to replace this double paned sliding glass door is more than the entire paint job cost us. That would be bad enough, but their paint job was SLOPPY as heck, they did not seal it beforehand as agreed upon, and did not use the textured paint as agreed upon. We paid them, and then after they left the broken door seal became apparent after the first humid day. Then we realized they broke the water spigot attached to our home, they got paint all over our siding, gutters, and there are dry paint DRIPS all down the elephant feet of our deck. It looks HORRIBLE. The least professional paint job I can possibly imagine. We could have paid 2 teens in the neighborhood a 1/4 of the price and received a more professional job. We have sent photos and called TOM the business owner , only to be ignored. STAY AWAY or monitor the job CLOSELY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WE WILL BE contacting BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I'll have them back in a few months to do some inside rooms, and would definitely hire them again for anything else I need.

Matt, the installer, did an awesome job and even did more than he had been assigned to do without a word of complaint. After many years of putting up with stained and threadbare wall-to-wall carpeting, now that we have finally had the ability to replace it, it makes me quite emotional to see that it had been worth the wait when I look at my beautiful floors now.

When the installer who was Bieling put the vinyl down in the kitchen we paid a thousand dollars extra for floor preparation. This was not done properly and so now the floor has bumps in it and looks awful. Had Mark Vann come out and he informed me that it was the subfloor. I told him thats why we paid extra to have it prepped for the vinyl and that it wasnt done right. Had to have him come out and repair the vinyl where it was popping up off the floor. To fix the bumps they would have to cut the vinyl and redo the floor. We dont know what to do. What a waste of $3000.00 it cost us for this job to be done by so called professionals. I have pictures of my floor if anybody wants to see them. So becareful when using this company.
