I could try all the different courses and my favorites are Vinyasa Yoga and Woo!Zen - now my body is flexible and strong to beat you up and escape ;-) Long story: I was really lucky to discover this place at one of the Yelp events. I was introduced to Woo!Zen at first, which is a mix of different fighting/self defense styles and looks like a real power training without a break. I really enjoyed it, though next morning couldn't move at all. Well... One of my favs courses is Vinyasa, which is very good. I always feel so relaxed afterwards that I sleep like a baby! Highly recommended course. To Chimosa itself: it's cozy nice place with only two studios. All the courses are walk-in courses, so you can come and go as you like. All the coaches and trainers are very caring: ask how you feel constantly and worry about every each person. Changing rooms are comfortable, also very clean and home-like and also have shower. Before or after the training you can enjoy a free tea, that they make for all the members. You can also order some special tea like Matcha Latte at a "bar". Chimosa also offers tea seminars and massages. Maybe their prices aren't that low in comparison to some fitness studios, but being here makes you feel happier :-) Believe me, I was looking for such a studio for a really long time!

Their Sweet Delight is amazing, never seen anything like it anywhere in a store. Also: Extremely friendly owners and lovely service. I haven't tried any of the classes yet but the place also offers a mix of martial arts and yoga.

Hierbei geht es vor allem um die Bewusstwerdung und langfristige Gesunderhaltung des Menschen. Wir unterrichten traditionelles Kung Fu, Yang - Stil Taijiquan und verschieden Techniken des Qigong. In der Kampfkunst liegt unser Augenmerk stärker auf dem Meistern der Kunst. Natürlich spielen Kampf und SV ein wichtige Rolle, sind jedoch nicht zwingend ein Ausbildungsaspekt für jeden. Das Kung Fu kann bei uns auch als reine Bewegungskunst erlernt werden. Auch die Kleinsten können ab 6 Jahren im Kinder Kung Fu starten. Unser Taijiquan Unterricht ist sehr individuell. Wir beginnen zuerst damit den Körper auszurichten und das innere Gefühl zu stärken um die notwendige Entspannung und Lockerheit zu erreichen. Dann geht es mit einem systematischen Aufbau in die einzelnen Techniken und Formen hinein. Neben den traditionellen Faustformen des Yang Stil unterrichten wird auch Schwert und Säbel, sowie auf fortgeschrittener Stufe das sogenannte Push Hands und wenn gewünscht dann Kampf und Selbstverteidigung möglich. Im Qigong üben wir Techniken des inneren und äußeren Qigong sowie verschieden Atemtechniken. Auch hier steht die individuelle Entwicklung des Einzelnen im Vordergrund.

I did everything by the book, cancelled my membership when I was supposed to, but was hit with a 85 Euro fee 1 year after I had cancelled my membership, for a "service fee" for the year, which was not communicated to me as I had moved address after I quit my membership. I called to explain the situation, and how I received no letters or any form of communication to pay this fee, but I was still happy to pay the original fee of 29,90. But their customer service was absolutely terrible, and are forcing me to pay 85 euros simply for the fact that I changed my address AFTER I had quit my contract and not told them. The contract included my mobile phone number, which hasn't changed for about 10 years, and they did not feel that it was necessary at any point to contact me via phone or any other form of contact. Nor did they mention any extra fees or charges when I went to cancel my contract. They left me thinking that I had paid off everything I needed to, until they played a very sneaky, unfair move to draw even more money from me. I had quit my contract and had no intention of returning to the gym, paid off all the debts they had told me about initially and so left NOTHING outstanding when I left. Only to be hit with a 85 euro charge more than 1 year after I quit the gym. This is absolutely terrible terrible communication and service from this gym and I highly recommend you pick another gym to start your membership with.
