I am completely amazed at how much her intuitive energy work has helped me! I feel exhausted a lot lately but in very good ways because we've been doing a lot of work together this past month. I can tell I am in a mental, emotional and spiritual growth spurt and it's wonderful! I can see and feel within myself that I am finally maturing in ways I have wanted to for a long time but for whatever reasons I would feel road blocked in my progress, often blaming or shaming myself. I'm a highly sensitive person and have used food, alcohol, sex and drugs to cope with that and the inevitable traumas life serves us. I was raised in a very strict military, Catholic home and was the first born of 5 pretty cool kids. When I was 21 years old I had a near death and out of body experience that changed my life forever. It impacted me so much that I have actively sought out how to replicate that out of body realm's peace, unconditional love and serenity that I experienced, here on Earth. During that OBE, the Virgin Mary was with me and I felt that we were one but not the same. I felt protected, safe, secure, loved and accepted unconditionally. I also felt her sadness for all of us on Earth as she shared her message with and through me to "Sloooooow Down." I'm no longer religious or claim to be a part of anything organized and that has caused some of my loved ones to have concerns about my life choices. I've learned that I don't need religion to be connected to spirit guides, like Jesus, Mother Mary, Archangel Michael, et.al, and that by letting go of religion I've been able to discover a much more intimate level of spiritual connection than I ever have had in my life. To me, spirituality is a very sacred space for each of us to cultivate for ourselves. Working with Kimberly is allowing me the opportunity to experience many different tools from her spiritual toolbox and then hone the skills and natural talent I have with the tools I connect with. Well, I had ran into Thomas the man that runs this program a couple days ago and he had the nerve to ask me to remove my one star rating to make him look better to make his program look better. This is unacceptable. When I met Thomas, I explain to him how important my sobriety was and he put people in my path That actively drink and use marijuana. This is not acceptable from the outside. This looks like a wonderful program. I'm telling you be cautious. My sobriety is the most important thing to me and I was better off on my own because I had control over who was in my life this program put people that were actively using in my path

I go for the martial Spirit class and practice the Japanese do, which is the art of the staff. we also do a basic Tai chi sometimes we also do Japanese bow can sometimes and always practice some forms of aikido mostly the hand grabs. These are all modify to a peaceful form of aiki which Lance kisneth has developed as martial arts as a pathway to peace. It's very non-violent but it's not also a traditional self-defense class it's very meditative and you would need to go to the website and then talk to him directly to get into the class.
