My teeth came out great! My dentist is very impressed with her work and how open she was to working together and answering all of our questions. I drive an hr just to bring my daughter to her for treatment because she's the best!

WRONG!!! as a mom of too many kids (yes that is a joke) but as a mom you take your kids dental health very seriously dentists on Long Island are a dime a dozen its true one bad experience and you will never want to go back right? use a pediatric dentist for your kids you will thank me ... Dr S has been my kids dentist since they were little their first dentist visit ah it brings tears to my eyes because I have a polaroid of that happy day. Those two cute little kids are now grown married adults...one with kids of her own(she lives in another country where excellent dental care is CHEAP as in almost free but that is a story for another day) this said daughter got the bad teeth gene Dr S did crowns who wants crowns my kid because that meant longer visits more stickers I still don't get the sticker thing but kids do like stickers I still have teens that need the dentist. WHO actually wants to visit a dentist my kids why? from the friendly office staff, to the new office. Dental care is not cheap when our insurance changed a few years ago I visited another dentist ...after one visit we ran back to Dr S and worked a deal. let me add that it seems everyone's kids need braces well at least Dr S was honest my daughter did not need braces Dr S is a kind dentist ,with his kids being the same age as my teens he understands and is able to explain to my 16yr the importance of dental care

Lol I reached out to a bunch of dental offices and eliminated them for various reasons (ie: crappy availability, unprofessional front desk, no return phone call, etc.) Gellerman was one of the last places we contacted and the person whom I spoke with (Karen) was super professional and friendly, office has great hours, always respond to my calls/texts and last but not least was super accommodating! So here we are for the consultation. The office has parking in front of the building, the space is clean and kid/teen friendly and the front desk staff was just as friendly and professional as they were on the phone! The office is cozy with my daughter saying "I feel like I should take my shoes off" she didn't but you get the idea! lol Anyway the consultation is free and started on time! All the usual x-ray/images were taken and everything was explained including payment options to us in great detail! We will likely proceed with them for orthodontic work ! Highly recommend! Literally 9 out of 10 kids we know who have braces are clients of Dr. Gellerman. Update: apparently this is the business name listing of Dr. Gellerman, there is also a Dr. Inna Gellerman DDS listing, not surprised, they are all 5 stars reviews. Service and bedside manner is tops. Her business and marketing acumen is also being utilized to its fullest. To learn marketing 101, you can go to college or you can hang out in Dr. Gellerman's office for an hour or so, and you'll know pretty much all you need to know for a successful practice. They also do a pretty good job on customer referrals as well as customer retention. They have their own point rewards for gift cards for referrals, and the client is also rewarded when they brush their teeth, wear the Gellerman t-shirt every visit etc. Last year she rented out Elwood Cinemas and invited her entire client list to see the first day release of Star Wars The Force Awakens. Popcorn and soda were also provided free of charge! Today my daughter had a spring in her braces pop out in school. Lisa at the front desk, quickly said, let's get her in here!. We arrived 15 minutes later and she went right in for attention from Veronica, the RDH. Dr. Gellerman was by the door and offered us some cookies on the way out. Nice lady, smart lady, great Doctor, great staff, with a great marketing juggernaut of a practice. I would recommend her services to everyone, make sure I get the points credit though.

They told me was approved by. Insurance told me how much I would need to pay then they told me the insurance denied it. I could pay cash and then they would reimburse me once the insurance pay Six months to do a bridge still got charged more than I should've paid for a place that does business with the insurance they should have all this information again worst experience of my life.

I went back to Dr Rongo pretty soon after saying the color is off and he suggested I redo the other caps so they would match better. I didn't feel like redoing 4 caps, especially my front teeth. I have seen two different dentists for check-ups since getting my cap done by Dr. Rongo and they both said the color is off.
