I think this was one of the places in Rick Steve's Italy book. Apparently they have a store and a restaurant. The store sells pastas, cheeses, wine, etc up front and there's a little cheese, sandwich, salad counter in the back with like 4-6 stools you can sit on and eat in the back counter area. We came in to try some buffala mozzarella and they were so so fresh straight from the water buffalo milk of local farms! We decided to order some wine and a cheese sampling plate. Loved loved loved the smoked mozzarella - never tasted anything like it. The blue cheese was also good. They give you large cheese portions and we were definitely really full from cheese after this tasting. There was one that tasted like farm that I didn't like, but the others were good. read more
