Watching my friend go through a horrible experience with sales and mechanics. We come with a problem and the manager tells us that he did 100 plus sales this month, nothing to help the customer that just spent 5k on what was supposed to be a new transmission and they gave him a rebuilt transmission, which I have no confidence in whoever rebuilt it. Now the transfer case is leaking and they want money. He hasn't had this truck for more than 5 months in which one of those months the manager had the truck for 21 days. This place is a joke and are high pressure sales with no loyalty to a customer. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Go anywhere else but this place. read more

literally the WORST car dealership I have ever worked with. They sold us a car that had clearly been in an accident but you could only tell when it's jacked up and able to look underneath. The accident completely f*ucked up the whole AC system and we bought the car in January so that's how they got away with it. $2,000 to get it all fixed and they pretty much said sorry your out of luck it passed our "inspection" which might i add does NOT include them checking underneath the car. absolute joke of a car dealership. He was friendly, transparent about the process, efficient, patient and served my interest very well. There is only one issue I would add. When it was time for my new car to be cleaned and prepped for departure, there was no one available to do it. They had gone to lunch. I had to wait nearly an extra hour before I could leave. They will continue to fix what they want to on your car because it's cheaper to fix than the real issue and try and bully you into signing falsifying documents and actually took my car keys and would not give them back until i sign a document he wanted me to sign that wasn't legit! I paid cash for my car, I owe them nothing so they should not be trying to hold my keys and the repairs they did was repairs that was promised at no charge because the issues were when I brought the car! But if you want to get a car with no hassle, no trying to get over and a place that stands behind their business, this isn't the place! Don't trust everything they tell you. I bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra every was cool until I tried to get tags. Car had not been inspected before being sold. I call and Mike said they would pay for an inspection. Got inspection and IT FAILED...WOULD NOT PASS. Mike came (finance mgr.) came and pick up vehicle. Prior to the inspection I had, windows tinted, mini antenna installed, floor mats bought to match truck, decals on vehicle, hitch and ball installed and full tank of gas. He picked up and was planning to get code on inspection resolve. But I contacted the DMV inspector and they advised me vehicle should not have been sold without an inspection. In Line auto had to buy back the vehicle from me and return my deposit back. BBBBBUT THEY FAILED TO RETURN THE EXTRAS i had done to vehicle. Many calls from me to come and get back what I had put on and in vehicle. Two days later, they sold the vehicle in a auction without allowing me to get me add-ons back or compensated of such. Its been a year and they wont return my calls. I will have to take legal action now. BUYERS BEWARE AND WEIERY at this dealer. DO NOT waste your time or money here. We have had non stop issues from temporary tags expiring (they forgot to send all information to the DMV the first time for our tags/title), had to get a new one. To the rearview mirror falling off as soon as we left the lot, which they didn't fix after they replaced the windshield prior to sale. They "detailed" the car, that we purchased, only for us to find more stains and long black hair all over the car. (I have blonde hair, my husband short brown-not our hair.) The car still has a bad smell to it since detailing. Once we FINALLY received the license plate and registration card, they input the wrong info and registered our car in a different county-something they didn't own up to-but the tax department AND DMV said it was the fault of the dealership. My husband had multiple conversations with Anthony and their finance manager over a 2 week period about the car. We decided we wanted to make a deal on it, and were told that someone else was interested, so we put down a $300 deposit to hold it, paid a third party vendor to inspect the car, and bought plane tickets to travel to NC from CA. We called Anthony to negotiate the price and get paperwork started before flying out since we would only be in NC for a few short hours. We got the bait and switch! All of a sudden their prices are non-negotiable. It's pretty shady when you're not up front about your business practices. Seems like a pretty easy way to make $300 though. If you claim to be an honest and fair company, then I suggest being honest and transparent with your non-negotiable business practice before customers put down a deposit. read more

They tried all the typical used car crap. My son chose the car he wanted and then they started trotting out more cars, all of which were more expensive. The first suggested car had multiple accidents on its record. They kept pushing the more expensive cars. They presented a rate they'd offer for the desired car, but then started raising the rate while pushing more expensive vehicles, then said they wouldn't approve the desired vehicle at all. They said they'd only n approve a more expensive vehicle, not the desired car. I offered to be the cosigner and they made us wait while they "consulted" about it, but were dragging their feet. My son finally said that either they could sell him the desired car now or we could walk away. We ended up walking away. Stay away from sleazy places like this! read more

We purchased a car from Inline for our son in November 2021. While at the dealership, my husband smelled exhaust fumes in the vehicle so they took it in to look at it and said there was no issue. We trusted them and proceeded with the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light was on and one of the front headlights went out. We ended up having to replace the fuel pump and the entire headlight assembly. Within a few days, the other headlight went out and the check engine light came back on. We ended having to replace the other headlight assembly and something else to do with the exhaust system. Then today, I get a call from my son telling me that a light came on saying the engine was overheating. To date, we have paid out over $2,000 for a car that we have owned barely 3 months. Can't wait to see what this repair is going to cost us. It is the first and last time we will ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. The cars on the lot look nice, but there are hidden issues that you can't see and that they don't tell you about. We should have taken it to an outside mechanic to look over so we do take some ownership in this bad purchase, but they should do better inspections of the vehicles they sell. read more

I really didn't want to write a bad review for this place because I really enjoyed working with Edgar and he was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, that's where the good stops. I've always wanted a Chrysler 300, so I was really excited that they had a beautiful 2013 available when my car bit the dust. Only 5 years old, all kinds of bells and whistles, nice radio, etc. I was confused when I was told that I was not allowed to haggle for the price, as it was listed online, but I figured that it was in really good condition so it was worth it. Then I was told that I wouldn't be able to buy the car yet, because it had a cracked side mirror that needed to be replaced and the tint had to be taken off. I didn't want them to sell it to anyone else, so I paid upfront and was told that they would call me when it was done. Several days later, after I called twice to ask if the car was ready and they told me they were waiting on the mirror to be delivered, they were kind enough to deliver me the car. It was after I got into the car at the pickup site that I discovered that something was wrong with the radio. I couldn't make my Bluetooth connect. I googled what the issue was and after troubleshooting for half an hour, discovered that the Bluetooth module was bad. I called the dealership and told them what the issue was, and the lady who I spoke with told me that I should try and buy one on eBay and take it somewhere to get replaced. I asked her why they had no intention of fixing it, and she said that the listing never mentioned it had Bluetooth. we finally came to the compromise after several days that I would buy the module and they would replace it. During this time I also discovered that the side view mirror that they replaced still had a crack in it and all they did was change the glass, and when I back up in the mirror tilts down the glass separated and almost fell off. I drove 2 hours in the car and my check engine light came on and my remote start stopped working as well as the Eco Mode. also my radio started shorting out in the sound would jump back to the rear speakers and cut off from the front when you tap your foot on the floor. When I took the car to the dealership to get the Bluetooth module replaced I brought up all of these other issues and they said they would take care of it. I even watched the mechanic write everything I said down. I left the car with good faith that that was all that was wrong with it and they were easy fixes, and everything would be repaired in a couple days. Two weeks later I still don't have the car back. When they finally told me that it was ready to be picked up, it appeared everything had been fixed but I must have missed the mirror. When I got back home I saw that the glass was stuck back on but the mirror itself was still cracked through the plastic. The check engine light was off though. The next day I was driving and the check engine light came back on again, and eco mode and remote start stopped working again. My radio worked though so apparently they had it for 2 weeks to do a 15 minute Bluetooth module replacement and stick a mirror back on. a week later my backup camera stopped working and I discovered that I could not program the GPS built into the radio. After that I did not go back to that dealership. I took my car to the Chrysler dealership and have them go over it. I discovered from the mechanic there that all of the fluids under the hood were completely burnt, and he said it look like no one had ever changed the oil or transmission fluid, which means that Inline sold me a vehicle without doing basic mechanic checks, since there's no way transmission fluid can be burnt to a crisp in a month. I ended up having to spend $800 at the Chrysler dealership just on routine maintenance that hadn't been performed. They also told me that there was nothing they could do about the GPS and radio wiring because the entire radio was bad and needed to be replaced. I opted not to replace the radio or the backup camera at this time because the total would have been $1, 200 for just those two things. I trusted this dealership would be honest and they are not. They sold me a car that's worth half of what I bought it for. I'm probably forgetting some other issue as well because I've been writing for so long. read more

I purchased a car there for my sons birthday. I was, absolutely clear to me that this sale was "as is / no warranty". We live over an hour away. We had one problem with the car (not major), Inline sent a tow truck, picked up the car and took it back for a thorough check over. They spent several hours trying to be sure that the problem was resolved. I picked up the car a few days later, NO BILL & no problems since. Its now 3 days later and they just texted me to make sure that everything was going well with the car. I am in the auto business and I am rarely impressed with customer service. I drove out there last Friday, showed them the few cars I was interested in and they lined them up for me and let me go from one car to another telling me to take my time and get a good feel for each. I ended buying the 1st car after driving 3. They were never at any point pushy or persuasive. I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic before I made my decision and they did not hesitate in saying of course. After my mechanic approving the car I bought it!! I LOVE my car. I bought my truck from this dealer last year after finding that they had quite a few trucks on their lot that I was interested in. While driving it home I noticed a clicking noise coming from the engine. It turned out to be a broken stud on the exhaust manifold causing an exhaust leak. I replaced the manifold and the studs and thought all was fine. No sooner did I fix the exhaust leak, another engine knock began. That sound ended up in the timing set exploding inside the engine. I spent 6 weeks replacing all of the timing set and cleaning out all of the debris from the engine. A few months after that the transfer case started making noise and vibrations. These are things that could have been caught by a simple mechanics inspection that this dealer says they do on all the vehicles they get. Key word "says". They don't look at anything. At this point I am done trying to restore this truck. I take it to the ford dealer to trade it in and tell me that the truck had been in an accident in the past. This is something that should have been disclosed when I purchased it. I have read some other reviews on Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc and come to this conclusion; this dealer is manned by a bunch of con artist that have no interest in customer satisfaction. They don't inspect the vehicles they receive like they say they do and fail to disclose important information about the vehicles they are selling. Their warranty program is a joke and they argue with customers that come in with issues/complaints.The only interest they have is in how much money they can scam you out of. If you are looking to buy a used car, DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!!!!! If you are in the market for a used car, go to a new car dealer for the brand you are looking for. This way you can get a certified used car that is inspected by a mechanic that specializes in that particular brand. When I first went to Inline, my experience was great with our sales representative. She was extremely helpful and running around the entire lot to make sure everyone received the help they needed. It wasn't until after I had the car in my possession that issues started occurring not even 12 hours after I had purchased the vehicle. First, the front headlight was out which we realized that night. they "fixed" it for free. However, even when I had explained the issue thoroughly, they had failed to order everything and have it ready before I had gotten there. Since I was attending school, I had explained the situation weeks before. Before I could go to get the light fixed, my oil pressure light came on and I had to get it fixed elsewhere. This was after they had told me they replaced the filter and oil right before I left with the car. When the other shop worked on it, they informed me that the previous people to work on it (Inline) had not only put the wrong oil in, but also smashed the filter down which caused more issues than needed. I needed a complete oil change. This was not even a week after I had gotten the car. One month goes by and I finally have the oil and light fixed, but then the coolant started pouring out of my car due to a bad water pump. When they went to replace the water pump, the fuel pump was also damaged and gave out. So the car would no longer start. Based on my experience, the sales team is great; however, the shop has been lazy and causing more damage to the vehicles than help. With what I had spent, I expected this car to last me at least a year, but I have only had it for about a month and a half, maybe two. This car has been in the shop more than I have actually been able to drive it around. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the car with the price I had purchased it at. I expected minor issues since it was used, but I was not expecting to have to pour thousands into repairs for a car I had just purchased.
