Took the morning off of work to sign papers, and they said they needed to talk to me first. Sales manager said, oh we have a problem. You will need to pay another $3500.00 + taxes, as you never told us that your trucks had hail damage. I did let them know that I just had them painted, and told the wholesale guy that they had hail damage. They said they did not know this until the night before at 6:00 pm. I have never heard of a dealership not pulling the Carfax before making a deal. I had nothing to hide. The deal had taken a couple of weeks as they needed to find the truck I wanted. They were not sorry for this mistake, and never even offered to negotiate on the difference. Will shop out of town!

Long version: Didn't intend to come to this GM dealer but ended up here because our GMC Canyon diesel truck had a mechanical issue due to the cold temps during our road trip from California to Alaska. While it's obviously very frustrating to have an issue with our truck on our road trip, Murray GM did what they could to get us back on the road in a timely and easy manner. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to offer advice on where to go around town, and they have a very convenient free shuttle service. They drove us to a nice local coffee shop for lunch and then let us load up all our stuff in their shuttle and brought us to our hotel. We stayed in the hotel across the street for the night and the next morning they had already looked at our truck after leaving it in the shop to get warm overnight. They used their scanner to run a service DPF regen which solved our problem and got us back on the road. The only bummer with this dealer was that they do not offer their own loaner cars. They simply work with the local Enterprise location, so we had to wait about 6 hours for an Enterprise car to become available.

Needed a car for a driving test and tried Enterprise - they took a rental online, and called me…read moreback three full days later to tell me they didn't have a vehicle to accommodate my booking. Tried Avis - not only was the place a dump, but they weren't there, and then told me that I required a class 5 license - all of this when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. I stopped at Driving Force, and I was happy I did - they had exactly what I needed, were happy to rent to me, the car was clean, fueled, and mechanically perfect. The staff were excellent, seemed very happy to help and to be there, and I will be using them again as my first choice should I require a rental in the future. Thanks guys!
