I realized at noon the day of our awards dinner and gala, that one box containing 2 awards did not make it to Las Vegas. I was in a complete panic and started calling local trophy stores, hoping that someone could help me. The first two stores I called gave me a firm no and seemed a little annoyed that I would even call and ask. So when I called A & J Trophy, I was not expecting much. Was I ever surprised! I was just asking for a blank crystal trophy and planned to explain to the recipients that I would get ithem engraved and shipped after the conference. Not only did A & J Trophy say they could get me 2 crystal trophies similar to what I had, they said they would stay late and get them engraved for me. They even face-timed with me so that I could see different options. Deb and her team were amazing and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
