Having decided to create a Living Trust, I recently had the privilege of working with Gabriel…read moreLenhart. I was nervous at first - after all, working on this end-of-life document is sobering. However, I was quickly put at ease by his professionalism, knowledge, and his warm and caring persona. I was also amazed at the amount of time he took to explain and educate me on all the facets of a Living Trust. I had some complicated issues and questions and he listened and responded with thought-provoking (and un-biased) questions, coupled with possible options - and all in language I understood! When it came time to sign the documents, he again, made it very easy for me to understand and I was so grateful that he had captured all of my end-of-life wishes. His assistant was also very comforting, professional & knowledgeable! I am so grateful for his expertise and I left his office with a true sense of comfort and peace. I highly recommend The Law Offices of Gabriel Lenhart for your Estate Planning needs.

If you are hesitant to make first contact... Don't be. I…read morewas not going to accept the call for the consultation. In todays world it's difficult to know who to trust online. I'm 56, permanently disabled with limited resources. My concern was to get a sales pitch for a large retainer and very little advise. I am very glad I answered that on time call back. Being nervous, I didn't even remember the gentleman's name. But, I will not forget his kind attention to my personal matter. I would trust them with a retainer as it is obvious they are attorneys with integrity. Thank you so very much for easing my mind and helping me see what seemed a rock and a hard place I had gotten myself into had a simple solution. If his advise is met by resistance, I will not hesitate to retain them to take the burden of any legal matter within their expertise without hesitance. Thank you for showing there are people who practice law, and have a concern for people like me. I'm grateful indeed. Martin

My Experience with Attorney Gregory Wayland - Please Read Before You Hire…read more Hello, my name is Gina. I'm writing this to share my truth and to protect others. In 2023, I hired Attorney Gregory Wayland after surviving years of harassment, racial targeting, gun threats, trespassing, and property interference. I provided him with over 70,000 pieces of evidence--photos, police reports, and videos. Despite this, he reframed my case as a "$6,000 property dispute," completely ignoring the trauma and years of civil rights violations I endured. For over a year, he kept saying a cross-complaint would be filed "next week," but it never happened--until I stopped paying. Within just four months of 2025, large sums were withdrawn from my credit card without my consent or clear receipts. When I asked him to stop, his assistant Jacob sent me a document with someone else's name. * When I refused to sign it, he said they would reuse my old signature--without my permission. That is not only unethical--it's deeply alarming. Mr. Wayland also told me the opposing attorney had a 17-year personal relationship with the judge, but offered no strategy--only invoices. Then, after I spoke with a civil rights attorney, I was suddenly contacted by Doctors on Duty--a mental health clinic I never reached out to. I believe this was an intentional act to discredit or label me, especially after I questioned the system. Even worse, the opposing attorney later demanded all 70,000 files and originals within 24 hours. This was not a normal request--it was legal intimidation and coercion. They then tried to force the case into small claims court and make it seem like I just "lost a simple neighbor dispute." But it was never just that. It was a case involving long-term harassment and serious legal misconduct. * What I went through was not just bad lawyering--it felt like a coordinated abuse of power. * Final Statement (with First Amendment protection) Everything I've written here is based on my direct, personal experience and truthfully reflects what I went through. I share this not to defame, but to warn--so that others may be protected from similar harm. * This post is protected under my First Amendment right to free speech. It is based on documented facts and expressed in good faith for the public interest. Gina Gray
