Dr Völkert was quick and efficient. His english was better than some of the doctors Id seen listed on the US and UK embassy websites as english speaking doctors in Cologne. He was proffessional, helpful and personable which is always good with a new doctor. Im glad I finally found a decent doctor in the area that is helpful and willing to try and understand my issues even though language is obviously a barrier. read more
