The front fascia was botched, redone, and still left unfinished. The fascia work around the house was poorly done across the board, and the garage work is already falling apart. Worst of all, an entire section of roof over my laundry room wasn't properly sealed or fastened. Despite repeated promises, they never delivered. I've had to hire a second roofing company just to fix their shoddy work. The owner won't even return my calls--clearly he doesn't stand by his work or care about customers. There was always an excuse, too much work, broken equipment, labor shortage, etc. The salesman, Brett, was always very pessimistic about being able to complete the work "anytime soon". Ultimately, he was the one to suggest I should get my deposit back and find someone else. The company did return my deposit.
