I've been coming here for a few months now and have yet to have a bad experience. Personally, it's like I'm taking a break from my routines without actually stop working out. There's 3 infrared treadmills, 1 infrared cycle, 2 or 3 vibration plates, and 3 infrared rollers. You spend 30minutes on each. I've done all of the above. The treadmill is great. You can adjust the heat, vacuum, and speed levels. There isn't an incline. I go max heat and vacuum, but when I first tried it, I had to turn the heat and vacuum down a level. It was a little overwhelming at first, but about 15min in, I turned both back up. The cycling is a nice way to push yourself into moving. With both machines, the heat and vacuum have helped with the tension I normally feel within my leg muscles, yet it also feels like they've strengthened. Hope that makes sense. The vibration plate is alright, but difficult for me to stand on because my legs are so big. Not that it can't handle my weight, I just have super thick thighs. Now the roller?!!! That's love right there. It massages my back and inner thighs so good. I can sit in one position and let it do its thing. I love working and chatting it up with Nina, the owner. She's very sweet, social, helpful, and A1 customer service. Too many times I've had to change up my schedules, and she's worked with me every-time without hesitation. She makes sure to keep everything clean and organized. She consistently check in on you without it feeling bothersome. She's never bothered me. Like, the perfect hostess. I genuinely enjoy talking to her. Now the pricing... It can add up pretty quickly for solo sessions ($45), but there are package deals. The solo session includes either the 30 minutes on treadmill or cycle, along with an additional 30 minutes on the roller. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the pricing for the multisession packages. I have bought the 4 session deal for $140. read more

IYKYK..just in case you don't..a new and rewarding workout. I really enjoy the infrared treadmill as well as the infrared roller. I actually look forward to my workout sessions. Wow!!!! 30 min = over 700 calories ‍ Due to the snow, we had to reschedule our appt twice! Nina is so wonderful to work with. She and her husband Alex are a great duo in this studio. They explain the machine thoroughly before you start. They also check in to make sure you're doing okay throughout the session. I'm not one for treadmills, but this is totally different. You definitely get a workout without much exertion. Then 30min on the infrared body roller!!!! What a great feeling afterwards!!! We will be returning! Can I get a yesssssssss!!! I've been waiting for something combining infrared and fitness to come to the triad. I've seen this technology in my travels and was able to finally try this spot. Nina is so energetic and explains everything perfectly. I was going hard and burned over 900 calories in the treadmill in 30 minutes and I felt great afterwards. I did the roller combo so I had another 30 minutes of pure bliss on the roller. It was a hurt so good feeling that massage can't even begin to touch. I've been wanting to come to experience this European wellness technology (low-impact cardio with many healthy benefits ) but I hadnt had the chance to do so. I heard lots of healthy results in return after completing several sessions at Infrafit. A new year and a better me is coming for me. After taking one session at Infrafit!! I realized I needed to make my health my priority. Nina the host and owner is very knowledgeable on instructing on how you use the machines and how to adjust it to your own pace, comfort and safety. She gave me a tour of the fitness studio and then instructed me on how to using the different Infrared machines. The only machine you need to wear waist belt and weighted skirt on is the treadmill. The treadmill has both Vacutherm pressure and infrared heat that help with slimming,toning and energizing the body way more then a regular workout would. It is proven to work by targeting stubborn fat, improving oxygen flow and activate natural detox in just ONE 30 minute session!!! (Amazing technology ever made). One of my favorites or everybody's favorite machine is the body roll. Reminds me of getting a massage while doing yoga!! You can use this machine on almost every parts of your body. The fit roller works to stimulate lymph flow,boost circulation and tone the skin without overworking yourself. I will definitely be back. It is worth more then one trip. I love Infrafit. If you haven't already tried. I suggest you try it at least once! I came at 8 in the morning and left with calmness, relaxed and refeshed feeling after the session is completed. This was such a cool experience! If you need low impact exercise, this is definitely worth a try. It's definitely different than a typical workout. When you arrive, you will have full instructions on how to control the treadmill or bike. You get fitted for a waistband and skirt/suit and then you start walking or biking. You can control the level of heat and vacuum pressure to your liking. I walked on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and when you get off, you feel a little bit like you are walking on the moon, but very cool experience and surprised about how many calories I burned! Afterwards, I got to use the massage roller. This was definitely my favorite part! The owner gave me a little bit of extra time as well. She was extremely helpful and friendly! I could definitely see myself coming back to do the massage roller on a regular basis Overall, very pleased with the amazing customer service and high-quality experience! I've taken a few days to complete my review. It took those few days for my body to recover and that is a GREAT thing. I wanted to fully experience the work I had done before giving a review. I was very woozy after my first visit and very sore the next day, but I worked it hard and knew to then focus on hydrating and a bit of rest. I've been curious about infrared light therapy for a while now and so when I saw place I was stoked! Nina was so very helpful and was able to give me loads of information. I am very into exercise and overall fitness. I already have a regular gym schedule as well as yoga. I work hard to stay limber and really fascia work is a big opportunity for me at this point and l am so happy to have found this. I have a manual roller at home but it in no way compares to the results I achieved in my 30 minute infrared roller session. Awesome workout, great customer service, and cutting edge tech. Wins all around. I originally tried this spot during a promotional Yelp event, but loved it so much that I bought a package and returned as an actual customer. The treadmill experience, I don't know how to describe it, vacum-y and pretty toasty! You can adjust the amount of vacuum and heat. I kept the machiene at a 4 (of 4) for the vacum feature and a 2 ( of 3) for the infrared feature. The max heat is definitely something you need to work up to. The experience is fairly low impact and you can definitely tell that it was good for your muscles. I felt energized and really great both times I went. Also, the rollers are fantastic. The rollers are seriously more effective than a massage and I like that you can control the speed and location of the rollers. Having the infrared involved in those is awesome as well. It's definitely a nice experience- part intense workout/part spa experience. If you're thinking about trying it out- I'd strongly recommend giving it a shot! read more

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Nina is so wonderful and personable! I came initially on a yelp event and after going to that I bought a package! I love the infrared vacuum treadmills it helped me after my marathon relay along with the rollers! The treadmill and roller help with lymphatic drainage. The aesthetics are cute. Nina and her husband and wonderful and so accommodating! The pricing is awesome as you can purchase single sessions or packages! There is nothing else like this in Greensboro and I am thankful they brought this. I'll continue to go back because it's and awesome recovery day activity to add to my fitness plan! I've now been back a few times and I've purchased a package as I just can't get enough! I've gone by myself, with family and friends it's a place you want to tell everyone you know and meet about it! Nina is the sweetest most dedicated, knowledgeable business owner! The workout is fantastic and the recovery is even better! A welcomed effect was the relief from hip pain that I've had for years. I was very nervous because I have not been to ANY gym in a long while. However, my host Nina made me feel VERY comfortable. She explained how to use all the machines like an experienced expert. She also had several bottles of water and a locker for ready for me . Since I had not been on a treadmill in a while it was hard, I could feel the heat (which you can adjust) and an occasionally pull while walking. I was actually able to complete the 30 minutes and I felt like I had a full workout. I highly recommend this place. read more

The moment I step Nina was so welcoming and got me checked in. The the atmosphere was so calming and relaxed love the decor. There were few machines some that were treadmill and some bike and oh my the rolling machine was the best part! They offered different packages as well and she did mention that they're doing 15% off this month of January so take advantage of that. I honestly felt like I walk into the future lol the treadmill experience was by far a unique one but very enjoyable. They put you in a skirt so they can locked you in and you just walk. There's also some heat, and pressure involved but very manageable or you can change the setting. Offer a water bottle and a clean towel Incase you sweat and you will. The rolling machine helps Soo much with my legs and back! Didn't know how tense I was till i used it.
