I love the coffee at Influx. I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches too. However, today when I went to grab my coffee and a plain croissant. I asked if they could warm up my croissant and this is how the croissant came out. I didn't have time to check it when they gave it to me but when I opened the bag, half of the bottom is burnt. A little disappointed with how the food came out.

Always have to love the places that are just unapologetically simply providing exactly their product, nothing more, nothing less. This is that, a simple small coffee shop that sells coffee. Makes it easy, walk in get coffee and leave. They do it and do it effectively and reasonably quickly and they are friendly. I ended up stopping by here twice while walking around different days in that general area because I knew I was going to get exactly what I wanted, coffee.

Influx wedged at a kiddie corner in the middle of Little Italy. It's a nice cafe with bright indoor lightings and dozens of tables to sit, sip and people watch. I was looking forward to an afternoon caffeine kick and surprised to find Vietnamese coffee on the menu. Like most Vietnamese coffees, I expected darker roast coffee shaken over ice and balanced with rich condensed milk. Unfortunately, the coffee taste was on par but missing the condensed milk made it not hitting the mark. In lieu, the iced coffee has a more robust coffee taste and lighter as it used milk (not the creamy condensed milk).

Pretty good! I stopped in for a quick bagel and iced coffee. The service was fast and friendly and the bagel was perfectly toasted with plenty of cream cheese. The coffee was pretty delish too! I do think the bagel could've used more everything toppings but maybe that's just me. Judging by the amount of people inside hanging out and working during the day, I assume this is a pretty popular spot. Also judging by the amount of reviews on here mentioning their menu, I'm sure the other more creative dishes, beyond just a bagel, are good too. All in all, a great place for a quick bite and a solid coffee. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a quick pick-me-up before a day of touristy adventures!

We asked a local who suggested this place for really good bagels so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the breakfast sandwich with red onions and a side of Dijon mustard per the suggestion of the guy who rang us up. We also ordered the traditional, which was a bagel with cream cheese and lox. It also came with red onions, capers and fresh dill on top. It definitely did not disappoint. I actually preferred the egg sandwich more and it paired nicely with the Dijon mustard. Will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Mozz 2 and chai latte

The sandwiches were the star of the show for me with a solid coffee selection. Highly recommend the mozz 2 - more filling than you think and doesn't make you feel gross or overly full. The chai was good. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Cute spot in the heart of little Italy. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area.

We can only speak to the coffee and service but they were both great! Friendly service with bold and smooth coffee is a winning combo.

Bagel price was a bit high for the amount of lox you get. Place is also not that clean. Better spots in the area.

We stopped by at around 8:20am today and there were only a few people in line. Service was welcoming and kind! They had an assortment of baked goods + empanadas as well as a great matcha/coffee menu. There's lots of seating for anyone who wants to hangout with friends or study. So awesome to see that they serve Nami (aashleyk's matcha brand). I ordered a chicken empanada, pan de elote, & an iced matcha cloud (less sweet & oat milk). Everything was absolutely DELISH. I'm pretty picky about my matcha, especially when it's in an Einspanner form. I loved the contrast between the sweet/salty cloud and the matcha itself! This place has their ratios down perfectly. Can't wait to come back (probably tomorrow)! 11/10.

Most other coffee shops charge $1.00 or more now, so that was a really nice surprise. They also gave me a stamp card for future visits, which I'll definitely be using. Will absolutely be back!

I love the habanero bagel, it's one of my favorites, but just be warned it is very hot. Definitely don't eat it without something cold to drink. They also have a breakfast sandwich called the San Diego which is a favorite of several people I know. You chose the bagel you want it with and they add fried eggs, bacon, cheese and aioli. I highly reccomend it. I've not had a lot of their deinis, but i did order the cinna-bee which has honey, cinnamon, espresso and milk. I thought it was good and would order it again. Definitely check them out and try some of their bagels, or perhaps one of their sandwiches.
