This was the GREATEST birthday surprise for my grandkids! The Bouncin Bins Monster Truck bouncer and slide was absolutely perfect! It worked perfectly, no issues of deflating and the water connection to make the slide slippery and fill up the little pool at the bottom was SO FUN it was hard to get the kids to come and eat! The office staff is sweet, kind and super efficient, the $$ transactions were smooth, and everything that could have been done to help us, was done to the "T". Note: you *might* need a translator for the delivery and setup. We have family members who speak several languages so that helped, but the setup was terrific, the bouncer was clean throughout, both the bounce house and the slide worked perfectly. It was a huge hit! We will most definitely use this company again. read more

I rented a bounce/slide combo for my daughters birthday. It was a nightmare. They only set it up with one blower and the bounce had two. It kept deflating. The bounce house wasn't the one I saw online. The bounce house they brought was old and dirty. Had holes covered with tape. The guy came out and put a second blower. After he left it kept deflating. I called after the party for a refund since the children didn't get to utilize it. The lady said the manager would get back to me, it's been over a month and I haven't received a call. I ordered a bounce house for my daughters Birthday every year however in California. I never had an horrible experience. Do not rent from these crooks. You will be disappointed. read more

Incredibly rude customer service lady. I did not get her name, but when she called to confirm a reservation for our company, she argued with me about the start time of the event, when it had already been scheduled and reiterated several times over the past few weeks. She was unprofessional, condescending, mean-spirited, and not efficient at doing her job whatsoever. Overall terrible customer service skills and not worth the headache. I rented the 55ft obstacle course over night last weekend and it was so much fun! We had adults race for a "wedding olympics". The driver Joel called and asked if he could drop it off a couple hours earlier which I was fine with. It had 2 outlets that needed to be used and it kept going out because they were connected to the same line. Joel waited until it was finally fixed before leaving. There was chocolate melted on the unit which was the only down side. But I called the front office to let them know and they apologized for it and said they'd let management know I got a dirty unit. They were nice enough to extend it some more hours the next day. I would recommend this company for how easy going they are and working with you to meet your accommodations. read more

We hired Bouncin Bins after reading their website and where it states that all the inflatables are cleaned and disinfected before they bring it over and set up, which is important to us knowing our kids would be all over it. That plus everything on the website looked good. So we scheduled it out and paid in full ( which is probably why they haven't returned our calls ). They arrived and quickly set it up and started to leave, when my wife noticed how dirty it was and also had an awful odor. My wife ran over and asked them why it wasn't cleaned? There response was " it just arrived yesterday and they didn't have time to clean it ". This was extremely frustrating to hear knowing we didn't have another option since our party started in an hour. We asked if they had any cleaners, they said they didn't. So they started wiping it down with these dry dirty towels. We handed the some Clorox spray cleaners so they could both clean. They rushed threw it and then left. We finished cleaning it because the odor was still present. We called the office multiple times and we were told we would receive a call from a manager. We still haven't received a call. It's always frustrating when a company makes you pay in full before you get to see the condition of the rental. Also they drive these large metal stakes in the ground, 3 were left behind. Glad we look, it would've damaged the mower. Renter beware! read more

Their rentals are always clean and well maintained, and their service is reliable and prompt. I use them every time for parties.

Inflatable worked fine but their customer service is terrible. The wrong bounce house was delivered and i called twice to get a resolution and both times they said they would call me back and never did. Rental was for 4 hours and they asked to pick up the rental an hour after the party was over (at 4 pm). No one showed up that night and at 11 pm they called me to say they were leaving Lehi and would be there in a hour. The drivers never arrived that night. The bounce house continued to sit there until 6 pm the following day without a word from the company. read more

The delivery driver was supposed to pick the inflatable back up at 9pm. They never showed up, called, or communicated anything differently. At 6:30am the next morning the driver broke the lock off my backyard gate to get to the inflatable! When I called the company to discuss how inappropriate it is to have their driver brake into my backyard I was told a manger would call me back to discuss it. No one has ever contacted me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have the worst customer service and follow through I've experienced. I called Bouncin Bins weeks prior to my sons birthday and had questions about equipment and wanted recommendations, they kept answering other calls in the middle of me trying to get info and said that I just needed to look online. I rented 1,000$ worth of equipment... a 24 ft slide with obstacle course and foam pit. I paid half up front and was told the rest could be paid on date of service (as it also states on their recorded message when you call in). They called 48 hours in advance to confirm and I was told I had to make the rest of the payment right then. I was also told at that time I was responsible to get hoses and splitters for their equipment to be set up which I was unaware of when booking. I was told they would come 30 minutes prior to set up.... I went and ran errands for the party the day of and got a call from my house cleaner 2 hours early that they were there to set up. I had to turn around and go home. When I get there, the guys don't speak a lick of English and can't even talk to me or understand where I'd like them to set up or how to work the equipment. My house cleaner luckily speaks Spanish and translated. The equipment worked fine and the kids had fun with it which was great. The rental was for 4 hours and was supposed to be picked up at 530pm. No one showed up and the manager said he couldn't get ahold of his guys. Throughout this process the manager is telling me he will take care of me and this isn't how they do business. Next morning, the equipment is still in my yard. It's almost 1 pm the following day and they are now picking it up. I keep being told that I will be compensated for all of this. I talked to a lady in the office that basically told me I was wrong and that the owner was not willing to talk to me. She said they would compensate me with a concession stand on my next rental... I couldn't believe my ears. Like they think I would ever rent through them again especially when they can't take responsibility for their actions and just try to cover it up like everything is fine. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Word of mouth is everything! read more

This is the email i sent to them regarding our situation and they never got back to me. They jst avoided us after they got their money. "We rented 3 inflatables and 3 attendants for Mount Mahogany Elementary's school Carnival on Sept. 30th. I just wanted to let you know a bit about our experience. The attendants were all personally spoken to about making sure that the children who entered had wristbands on. Even after being told, we still found kids entering who did not. The wristbands were how we kept track of those who paid and those who didn't, by letting those enter who did not pay we lost money. In addition, a parent had to track me down at one point because children were getting very hurt. The attendant running the slide let everyone on. No line, No regulations. Children were smacking their heads in the collision course at the bottom of the slide. By the time i reached the slide the attendant had climbed to the top herself and was trying to have children go down the slide one at a time, but then no one was at the bottom stopping more children from entering. I had to step in and do her job. Once we finally got all of the children safely off, I had to teach the attendant to only let a few children on at a time and only let more children on when the other children had gotten off. While we have worked well with you in the past, this was a very unpleasant experience. I feel we not only lost money, but we paid money to hire trained employee's, and they weren't trained." read more

We called the next day and could not get anyone to respond or even call us back. We NEVER received the correct bouncy and my son's party was ruined. We used Bouncin Bins for a corporate event this past weekend. We had inflatables, concessions, and games. We paid for 8 attendants to supervise the houses and games and run the concessions. There were a few things we were very unhappy about. The time promised for drop off was off by 2 hours and no phone call was made to let us know. Three of the attendants were a mother and her two (under 15) children. They didn't have company shirts on and the first thing they did upon arriving was grab candy off of tables and ask if they could have a sno cone/cotton candy. They did not know how to work anything and they were observed going through the catering line several times. This is unprofessional. The product itself was good and the pickup happened timely. The other attendants did their job well. Overall, the delay in delivery and the inexperience of the three attendants left us not wanting to use this company again. read more

What a horrible experience I had with Bouncin Bins. NEVER rent from them. There are so many alternatives, and I'm sure any other one would be a better option. We rented a bounce house for my 4 year olds birthday party and despite their promises to be early, (I even offered to book the bounce house for earlier since we didn't need it for their minimum 4 hour rental and was told it wasn't necessary) they were an hour late-which meant the kids got to bounce for about 15 minutes before it was time for presents, cake and ice cream. (and I had to scramble to come up with activities for all the quests to do while waiting) What do they offer to do? Refund 1/4 of the money since we had rented it for 4 hours and they were only an hour late-Really?????? 1-4 hours is the minimum they charge 2-I had asked for it earlier and told it was not necessary because they are always early-that was even reiterated the night before when they called to confirm 3-they knew it was a 4 year olds b-day party-do you really think it would last 4 hours. AND they didn't even come pick it back up until 11pm that night-Far beyond the 4 hour rental..... And it also meant we had to stay home all day waiting for them to pick it up.
